Hello all my name is Prash i am pretty new on here already made some cool friends im really happy to be part of all this .
 
after a hernia operation which was unsuccessful and has left me with nerve problems for nearly a year and being on tramadol at 300mg daily and also taking antidepressents which both have had effect on  my muscle mass  as i've lost a hell of alot of weight and want to train hard , eat right and get back to how i was before . in 4 -5 weeks time i'd be in hospital getting some injections to help my pains and also doing a TENS treatment aswell as some other treatments but nothing will stop me from training i've built up so much rage how the last year has gone including my uncle dying on my last birthday 27th March 2012 . i hit the gym super early around 4-5am . current weight is 63kg i will be doing a pro hormone cycle in June but till then i wish to gain as much as i can in both strengh and size , i use matrix nutrition matrix mass gainer and now adding to it hopefully recieve it tomorrow is Olimp nutrition Creatine mega capsules i'd be taking 4 before training and 4 after training . as i'm training super early tomorrow and wont recieve post till mid morning and i will not train mid morning i prefer training super early as i feel my testoterone and focus is better and gym is more quiet . i will start taking the creatine from 19/04/2012 . but will log anything i feel like logging . another reason i wont train mid morning is i got a course i am doing which i need to Also focus on and i have a assignment to do tomorrow for it . anyways guys id upload my before pics later as i am going to catch up on some sleep and then hit  gym . sorry for the long boring intro lol hope it  didnt bore you too much . hope to hear from some of you soon God Bless .

    i did not go to the gym today will go tomorrow for some reason my sleep pattern has been messed up i find it more difficult getting up in morning and sleeping at night . today i woke up 1 30pm thats too late i missed out atleast 2-3 meals and i prefer training super early . so tonight i'm going to try sleep more early . its just been hard since my uncle died on my birthday which ive written above .  as im bulking up i think waking up early everyday is a good idea i think i'd train around 4 or 4 30ish so id wake up 4 days a week at around 3:20am . then days off i'd wake up by 5am .  ive recieved my creatine by the way , ahh love the spell of fresh new supplements lol . as i woke up late i better get downstairs in that kitchen make me some chicken sandwhiches and some veg on the side . i'm at gym tomorrow and i prefer taking pictures there and the lighting is soo much better there than in my room

    Hello there Rzoro how are you ? . usually i'd train 4 days a week . id be changing my workout slightly from next week which i'm looking forward to , biceps are my favourite bodypart so i want to be able to train them monday and friday , only difference is i want to be doing supersets on the friday something i love doing .

    hello everybody, current time 4:25Am. woke uo 3 20 am would have been at the gym by now but i had some pretty harsh side effect from one of my medication something quite embarrasing actually... but i have had this s-effect for a while now and its getting worse so im going to speak with my hospital and pharmacist. im just eating some strawberrys then leaving my house to go gym. hopefully will start workout by 5 30am. when i get to gym id have 4 creatine capsules. will keep u posted. god bless.

    Back from gym had a great workout lasted exactly 1 Hour .  first day with Creatine mega caps by olimp nutrition , 4 capsules pre workout , capsule size were pretty damn big so i reccomend just 1 capsule at a time not 2 lol , i liked the fact its not like most other monohydrates this is micronized i did not have any kind of cramps when working out , pumps were brilliant as ive got plenty of aakg (arginine )in my body as its a supplement ive been using last few weeks even tho i stopped taking it there is tons of arginine in my system when the creatine binds with it then it can help increase vascularity and muscle definition when working out ,  strengh wise here is my workout for today
     
    incline dumbbell fly - max 10kg each hand 2 reps , before that set i done 8kg x 5 reps
     
    flat bench press 30kg 6 reps
    decline bench press 12kg each hand (dumbbells ) x 8
    barbell curl 17.5kg x 4
    incline dumbbell curl 10kg x 4
    concentration curl 8kg x 4 reps
    ok so my strengh isnt like anybody else's here nearly every one here can bench more than me etc but like i said ive lost a ton of strengh and mass and i will get it back and improve from it . but i had a good workout thats all that matters , weight is 63kg so far i've had some strawberrys before working out , after workout i had some eggs and beans , and at 10am im going for a nice full english breakfast at ikea cafe - 1 sausage , scrambled egg , 1 bacon , beans , and mushrooms . then i'm off to college from 11 till around 1pm then at 1:00pm i'm going to kfc for a super charger meal which is 1460 calories ,47g protein , 188g carbohydrates , i know its fatty but my metabolizum is on hyper drive i burn fat super quick but also gain quality mass quick which is lucky lol . when i come home i'd have a protein shake which is 50g protein 80g carbs (complex carbs very low in sugar) , 0 saturated fat (unless u use whole milk) , and 1000 calories .  keep u posted guys , oh before i foget here is my pictures taken today

    (ps its not 1 set workouts lol i do 3-4 sets , 1 warm up then 2-3 working sets i just wrote the max i lifted on each of the exercises i done ) .

    hiya peeps hope your well  , looking forward to next week training on monday , as this week i started training Thursday and started my creatine then i've only trained 2 workouts so i feel like classing week one as the beginning but i really dont know , any advice on what u all think?

    making this week 1 , just got back from gym around 6 30 then had a shower at home , got in gym by 4 15am started workout by 4 25am finished off within an hour and 10 minutes . decent workout done chest, biceps and triceps . right im going in the kitchen im really hungry , this will be meal number 2 , current time 6 49am . think id go have  egg whites .

    just finished my 3rd meal , went to subway had a chicken temptation on 6 inch hearty italian bread .

    thank you 'BBsupplements' that means alot , this weeks training has been extremly good i'm actually classing this week as week 1 and pitures i took are my before pictures so this sunday i'd upload end of week 1 .
    monday i got up 3 20am hit the gym by 4:00am and diet was spot on  breakfast before gym was 75g oats , 1 banana and  a apple , then after training i had a protein shake and 3 eggs , then 10 30am i had a full english ( ikea breakfast cooked perfectly ) , 2:00pm another protein shake ( i feel from 10 30 am i had too much of a gap i waited4 hours before eating again i should have ate every 2-3 hours ) then a baked potatoe wth tuna , then a chicken and prawn balti curry cooked by myself , tuesday  in my religion i cannot eat meat so i was having things like broccoli ,sweetcorn , carrots , apples , and had a few meals that had quorn in them and i found its actually quite nice , wednesdays workout was tough struggled on shoulders abit if i may be truthfully honest but other than that my back exercises were brilliant strengh going up whilst keeping perfect form , tomorrow i am not training as i'm doing a special promotion day with pure gym ( i do some work there i deal with promotions , showing people around , showing people how to use the equiptment giving general fitness advice) i really enjoy it . im doing the promotions thing from 10am till 3pm so i'd leave my house about 8 45am as i gotta find the place as its in a work place where we have our stand...  , so i'd get up around 5am have some egg whites , then at 8am i'd have my gainer shake (1000 calories , 90g carbs , 50g protein) , then while im there i might be able to get something to eat there but if not then id eat when i get back . thanks for reading . and thank u bbsupplements . god bless u

    Hello everybody  hoping you all had a nice week , my week has been decent training wise its been spot on I was in the gym 4am on training days , diet wise was good but could have been better I had to fast yesterday and go to the temple it was a religious ceremony to celebrate my uncle’s life who passed away recently on my birthday … , I gained a total of 2kg but it went down to 1kg due to fasting and the ceremony as I was running up and down the temple doing favours for family members like a cardio workout lol , this week has been a eye opener with my workouts as going gym at 4:00am just feels so good and I feel I can get so much more done . I will change my workout slightly from tomorrow , im going to be typing up my new workout today I feel I need to focus more on chest so I’d change my workout to be doing more compound based movements , and same goes for back I need to be doing something else its just slightly hard as im very limited to what I can do due to my Post POST-HERNIORRHAPHY PAIN SYNDROME which is hopefully going to be sorted soon I hope! , thanks to the idiot surgeon who never done a good operation on me he’s left me almost disabled , I cannot walk further than 10-15 minutes without being in some slight or big pain , I get shooting pains too that can last 20-30 minutes leaving quite a dull feeling but I will not stop training it’s a big part of my life so I wish to reach my goals . I wrote down my workouts and my max lifts but being the muppet I am I blody misplaced it..woops  I however do have my shoulder and back workout the max I could press for 5 reps was 20kg I know your all thinking that’s nothing but consider the fact I’ve been on medication and getting treatments for these pains its been hard loosing so much strength but I plan on getting my strength back fully as well as the weight I lost due to my messed up operation . I brought myself a few tubs from the £1 shop so I can fill up my meals and snacks so it makes it easy for me during the day least this way I can plan my meals out properly and make them in the morning . anyways thanks for taking the time to read this and please do check out my end of week 1 pics . http://www.facebook.com/m...ype=1&l=71448eb596

    i found my workout log for monday and the max bench was 30kg 4 reps , barbell curls 17kg x 6 reps , incline dumbbell curls 8kg x 5  . i am not typing the whole workout i'm just typing up my favourite exercises  in that workout that i want to achieve more strengh on the most . i use to be able to do 16-18kg incline dumbbell curls so hoping to get back to that limit and i use to be able to bench press 60kg  .
     
    i am going to be taking liv52DS 4 a day from tomorrow as i need to boost my appetite and find that did a great job before my operation and also after . creatine i did miss 2-3 days out on my days off so i need to make sure im taking 10g training days ( 5g before 5g after)  days off 5g upon awakening  . also i found that aakg on workout days with creatine gives me the best pumps , energy and helps with recovery too with all the blood flowing as well as it does when taking it . so from tomorrow i'd take  10 aakg capsules ( 5grams) before workout and 10 capsules after workout , and days off i'd take 20 capsules throughout the day mabye 10 in the morning and 10 at night . here is a breakdown of it so nobody gets comfused
     
    Training days
    aakg - 5 grams (10capsules) before workout and 5 grams after workout
    Creatine capsules (by olimp nutrition) 4 capsules before workout (5 grams) and 4 capsules post workout
    Liv52 2 tablets with breakfast , and 2 tablets in the afternoon
     
    non training days
    Creatine - 4 capsules upon awakening
    aakg - 20 capsules throughout the day
    liv52DS - 2 tablets in morning , 2 tablets in afternoon .

    just a quick update ,  today went perfect was up at 3 20am (well ok i was up all night couldnt sleep ! ) , so 3 20am had breakfast , started workout by 4:05am finished off just before 5am , had shower at the gym , came home had my 2nd meal i had some pasta and it was really good , my body then began to feel extremly weak so i had a energy shot but still body energy was too low so i fell asleep for 3 hours but after i woke up i went to college , after that had another meal . so in terms of training and nutrition its been spot on today total of 5 meals which i think is decent , workout was brilliant got a great pump , tomorrow shoulders and back ! . getting some diazapams and lorazapams this week so hopefully that would help with my sleep pattern . my meals today were very tasty and healthy contained alot of chicken , tuna , veg , pasta . tomorrow is tuesday and in my religion i actually cannot eat chicken/lamb/pork/eggs so i'm gunna go higher on tuna as i know i can eat that lol why does religion have to be so tough at times lol also going to double up on protein shakes tomorrow .  thanks for reading , replying and supporting! love u all

    hey all i have had the day from hell!!! 5am i was screaming in agony i had pains on my left side just under the abdominal muscles , usually i get shooting pains just under the scar where i had my hernia repair but today i had the worst pain on my left side , i went into emergency i am back home now i was given Oxycontin 10mg i have to take 2 a day , i am still in abit of pain well better than earlier as earlier i couldnt even walk . now im worried on how this will effect my training , on my right side where i have my blocked nerve problem i can still train but be careful , but on the left side i dont know what this is is it serious or not i really dont know , next hospital appointment 15th may , could somebody advise me on what to do , stop gym freeze membership , or carry on training (only if the left side doesnt hurt) and be careful . or just stop untill im fully sorted . what do you think people help me out here

    Hello everybody , sorry for not logging on here in a while i have been in hospital recently i found out on the 8th of may i had Cancer , i've ended up loosing 8kg of weight , my appetite has been suppressed so much , i feel depressed i admit that , i cannot sleep properly , i'm having to go in and out of hospital now for tests but i am slowley recovering , i'm not training at the moment but soon as i'm completly better then i'd get back to it . i miss training alot .  when i do get back to bodybuilding i'm going to keep things very basic and simple with supplementation as i dont want to jump the gun rushing everything . thank you so much for taking the time to read this and thank you for those who paid attension to my log and supported me . thank you and god bless u .
