Hi,
Been looking at no-xplode, Jack3d, 1mr and a few others
Can anyone recommend one? Im currently taking 2 caffiene tabs before workouts just to pep me up. Starting to have little effect now though.
I was wondering though, will a pre-workout formula keep me awake at night? I train about 3-4pm and go to sleep about 9.30pm.

First off... im guessing each caffeine pill is 200mg? So your saying u take 2x200mg aka 400mg and ur not getting much out of it... for a start caffeine/stimulants work best on someone who uses them only when they need to, or lack energy that day.
Also by cutting out other forms of stimualnts, such as energy drinks. coffees etc from daily consumption you will get "more" out of there use when u do happen to use them.
If your diet is sound, and you have a high tolerance.. i found that taking stims on a completly empty stomach, preworkout is a big no-no.... 30/40 mins preworkout BUT... a meal of carbs and protein 1 to 2 hours prior to this (or if u like a banana and protein shake an hour before the preworkout) works well..
In terms of the products you listed... Jack3d is populer and for good reason, at 2/3 scoops its strong stuff, lots of caffeine and gernaium in there but not much else... good for energy and focus but there are better alternatives out there atm, imo.
No-Explode is an old fave of mine, good energy/endurance and some pump too. 1 and half scoops does me, id say your better off buyin a tub of that and seeing how you get on, rather then jump on the jack3d bandwagon, abuse the product and wonder why at 5 scoops or so you dont feel anything!
1MR is a combination of the 2 ^, an ultra concentrate. The orginal is very very strong, one of the strongest per scoop, more akin to jack3d but at a higher dosage... personally of those 3 id still take N0-Explode everytime
