NO13 - Thanks man. Deadlift is currently 200kg for reps, I'm not flat barbell benching ATM, as using DB's, but last time I was, was lifting between 90 - 100kg for reps, so bench is lagging a bit in comparison, but something I've always struggled with unfortunately! Iceman - Yeah squats are going well mate, as I say, lifts where up on this recently on squats, press and SLDL, but didnt wanna push it tonight after my probs earlier in the week! Hoping for some modest strength increases throughout the cycle!
Current big lifts: Bench Press - 120kg 4 reps Deadlift - 240kg 3 reps Squat (ass to grass) - 145kg 5 reps Leg Press - 500kg 20 reps Body weight: 16 stone 4lbs

Day 4 Last night i thought I would try and sleep naturally, didn't seem to be happening, so had half of a sleeping tablet at about 11:30, still took a while for me to sleep though, but certainly bareable. I don't wanna rely on sleeping tablets and I'm hoping to be off by the weekend. Diet is very much the same, apart from I had a chicken curry for lunch which was what they serve up at the canteen on a Thurs at work, so thought "what the hell" :-) Tonight will be chest and tri's, I am training on my own again as my mate is being a girl and having a week off the gym.
Current big lifts: Bench Press - 120kg 4 reps Deadlift - 240kg 3 reps Squat (ass to grass) - 145kg 5 reps Leg Press - 500kg 20 reps Body weight: 16 stone 4lbs

If you cant sleep down the tablets to hell mate, you need you rest. And you know whats causing the problem so even if you have to use them a while you will be able to come off them easiely enough, ime.

Tonight was chest and Tri's Incline BB Bench - Set 1 = 80kg - 7 reps / Set 2 = 80kg - 6 reps Flat DB press - Set 1 = 36kg DB's - 10 reps / Set 2 = 38kg DB's - 7 reps Decline Press - Set 1 = 90kg - 7 reps / Set 2 = 90kg 6 reps Cable Flies - Set 1 = 15kg E/S - 15 reps / Set 2 = 17.5kg E/S - 10 reps Cable Push down (tri's) - Set 1 = 42kg - 10 reps / Set 2 = 42kg - 10 reps Tricep Dips - Body weight only - Set 1 = 16 reps / set 2 = 17 reps All in all a good session, was pretty tired, but felt a bit stronger than I thought I would be. Maybe the Haladrol??? The DB press looks pretty weak I know! but I will explain... I joined David Lloyed about 3 months ago, from fitness first. At fitness first I could Flat press the 45kg Dbs, but at Lloyds they obviously dont include the weight of the BB on the overall DB weight... so where it says 38kg, it is atleast 42kg whole weight. It's not good on the ego, even though I know it is heavier, you still cant help lfocusing on the weight on the DB. Right, there's my excuse out of the way ha ha. I'm gonna have tomorrow night off the gym, and do my back on Saturday as I have trained 2 nights on the trot now, and like to have a day off in between. Weight is still the same at 14.11 stone.... I will take measurements over the weekend, and post up.
Current big lifts: Bench Press - 120kg 4 reps Deadlift - 240kg 3 reps Squat (ass to grass) - 145kg 5 reps Leg Press - 500kg 20 reps Body weight: 16 stone 4lbs

Ah thanks man, appreciate it Had a pretty good nights sleep last night, I had half a sleeping tablet, as I'm trying to ween my self off them! I'm having 2 11-test (200mg) today, one this morning and one this aft, along with my 75mg Hdrol obviously. I will gradually increase the dosage of the "pulsing" as initailly intended, but I need to slowly get this into my system because ofthe anxiety/insomnia that it seemed to be causing.
Current big lifts: Bench Press - 120kg 4 reps Deadlift - 240kg 3 reps Squat (ass to grass) - 145kg 5 reps Leg Press - 500kg 20 reps Body weight: 16 stone 4lbs

I've been thinking, and I have decided to change the way that I am pulsing the 11 test. I train 4 times per week, and I have enough tabs to pulse - on training days only - at 6 caps per day (600mg). I just feel that I will have more pronounced results running at this dose. This will be starting as of tomorrow.
Current big lifts: Bench Press - 120kg 4 reps Deadlift - 240kg 3 reps Squat (ass to grass) - 145kg 5 reps Leg Press - 500kg 20 reps Body weight: 16 stone 4lbs

AWG - Nice one dude, should get some good gains with that. No gym tonight for me tonight, trained 2 consequetive nights so will go in the morning to do back. Man, this 11-test really sends me on one! not really in a bad way though.. just ilke as if I've done a big line of coke lol.. suppose will be good when I feel like that at the gym, and it does die down after a couple of hours.

Day 5 Still having to make use of the sleeping tabs. It seems as soon as I take my 11-test, my heart starts beating fast, which causes me to get more anxiosu etc.... I am hoping that this stops after regular use, so will keep it up, and see how things go. I am taking the beta blockers to combat this, but i'd preferably like to be not taking any of the addition POM's.... cant be good for me. Today I am training Back and Bi's, hoping for a little more in stregth/reps, so let's see. This stuff makes me very hungry too, esp on a night, I am laid in bed at like 12 am and my stomach is rumbling! That is after a big tea, and a pre bedtime protein shake. Might start adding some oats to it.
Current big lifts: Bench Press - 120kg 4 reps Deadlift - 240kg 3 reps Squat (ass to grass) - 145kg 5 reps Leg Press - 500kg 20 reps Body weight: 16 stone 4lbs

Back and Bi's Wide Grip Pull ups: Set 1 - Body Weight only = 12 reps Set 2 - + 10kg = 8 reps Set 3 - + 15kg = 6 reps Deadlifts: Set 1 - 200kg = 5 reps / Set 2 - 200kg = 6 reps BB Rows: Set 1 - 90kg = 10 reps / 100kg = 8 reps Low Row: Set 1 - 43.5kg = 10 reps / Set 2 - 43.5kg = 10 reps Standing DB arm curls: Set 1 - 26kg DB's = 6 reps / Set 2 - 26kg DB's = 6 reps Cable E-Z bar curls: Set 1 - 42kg = 10 reps / Set 2 - 42kg = 10 reps All in all a pretty good workout, bit dis-appointed that I didn't manage another rep or 2 on Deadlifts, but they just wipe me out! Should maybe try doing them first? Anyway, only thing I felt today was being a little more energetic on the first exercise (pull ups), could have kept going for ages on the first set, but it was more of a warm up set so didn't wanna fatigue too quickly. Think I already look a little fuller (might be a placebo), could be glycogen storage though, infact I would say that is the most likely reason. Im pleased that I've got another 5 weeks to go, as when I used SD, 3 weeks FLEW by!. Just hope my sleep sorts itself out soon!
Current big lifts: Bench Press - 120kg 4 reps Deadlift - 240kg 3 reps Squat (ass to grass) - 145kg 5 reps Leg Press - 500kg 20 reps Body weight: 16 stone 4lbs

Update After constant problems with anxiety/insomnia with what I'm sure is being caused by the 11-oxo, I have decided to cease use of it. I really wanted to carry on with this, and I have stuck with it for a week and my body just doesn't seem to getting used to it, to my frustration! I guess I am just overly sensitive to androstenedione (11-oxo/test), although I think I am in a minority as I have searched on google for similar experiences, and cant seem to find much at all? I know it is great product for fat loss/ re-comping, but it is at too much of a cost for me personally with the palpitations, lack of sleep, which is making me paranoid that I am gonna end up having (god forbid!) a heart attack. I'm sure it would not come to this, but you can see my thought process here with the symptoms I am having, especially having never suffered with anxiety before. So, it is on with the cycle, but just Hdrol at 75mg per day for the rest of the cycle, and hopefully these symptoms which I had will now subside (fingers crossed).
Current big lifts: Bench Press - 120kg 4 reps Deadlift - 240kg 3 reps Squat (ass to grass) - 145kg 5 reps Leg Press - 500kg 20 reps Body weight: 16 stone 4lbs

Icemansoldier Damn your strong mate, i cant even pull up my own BW, i will consider myself strong when i can for decent reps, great work mate. BIG 200 dead, that a PB mate? Strong overall impressive lifts skull :D Thanks man When I first started out doing pull ups, i could hardly lift just body weight either, but sticking at em and adding weight has made just doing body weight pulls a breeze! try and get your self dipping belt, you'll soon notice a difference mate! The DL's have been at 200 since doing the SD cycle! Pb was 210 for 3 reps, but I like to get atleast 5 out on deads, so have been stuck at 200 for a bit now, will hopefully improve on that through this cycle though!
