Impressive work mate. Your commitment is commendable, nice session too.
I can't recall what forum it was but I threw one little c.unt into a sentence and you'd have thought I'd bummed one of their grandmas

Wide grip pulls are a show of true strength and your really strong, lifting your own BW + 15kg extra, superb mate.

Good job doing deads while tired i take my hat off to you, thats true dedication.

What injury you got, form using ez bar, forearm pain?

Cheers Ice... Yeah Deads wiped me out massivley LOL

The injury is inded the forearm, although not something that is causing me any real pain/problems with other exercises.

I find the EZ bar puts too much strain on my tendons in my forearm, and TBH I'd not actually used it much within the last 3 months as I previously injured myself using it.

Lesson learned now though, and I would advise any one else using the EZ bar for curls/preacher curls, to not go too heavy on this, and stick to DBs for your heavy sets.
Current big lifts:

Bench Press - 120kg 4 reps
Deadlift - 240kg 3 reps
Squat (ass to grass) - 145kg 5 reps
Leg Press - 500kg 20 reps

Thanks guys, yeah it's sh!t training with little sleep, and unfortunately I'v had a few nights like it this week.

Day 22 - Legs

Again, another rubbish nights sleep, 2 nights on the trot so was feelin knackered by the time  got to the gym.

Squats - Set 1 = 160kg 10 reps / Set 2 = 160kg 10 reps

**You will prob notice that I dropped the weight on squats, this was for 2 reasons;

1. I was very tired, and not feeling my strongest 2. I wanted to make sure my squats where hitting parralel so I got 10 very good reps out and will increase again next week.

Stiff Legged D/L (strapless)- Set 1 = 140 12 reps / Set 2 = 150 7 reps

Leg Press - Set 1 = 330kg 14 reps / Set 2 = 330kg 14 reps

Calf Raise (on the leg press) Set 1 = 300 18 reps / Set 2 = 320kg 17 reps

Leg Extension - Set 1 = 95kg (full stack) 20 reps / Set 2 = 95kg 20 reps

Calf Raise - Machine. Set 1 = 65kg (full stack) 18 reps / Set 2 = 65kg 18 reps

Actually a really good session considering another bad nights sleep! Makes ya wonder how well I'd ahev done WITH sleep LOL.

Squats will go up next week, I just like to make sure that I get a good clean rep out.
Current big lifts:

Bench Press - 120kg 4 reps
Deadlift - 240kg 3 reps
Squat (ass to grass) - 145kg 5 reps

Funnily enough i think i have the same problem as you re the forearm, i got a sharp pain when performing ez's heavy once and i couldnt do them heavy again, its affect bb abit but no other exercises thank god, ive added in abit of forearm work now maybe my forearms are abit weak, but they should be nice and strong from other exercises we perform. Im fine doing them on preacher bench though, so far. I had the problem when i was standing doing them heavy.

Looks like standing heavy ez's are a no no for me lol

Iceman - Yeah I think it is just the strain on the tendons, rather than weak forearms, because like you say, all the other excersises should make sure that we have nice strong forearms :-)

I'm just staying away from EZ bar curls now, I also had a problem with my forearm doing skullcrushers, so have stopped doing them for now too lol.

Yeah the leg session was surprisingly good! the red is to signify a personal best dude, sorry should have wrote that in!

Day 23 - Chest and Tri's

Red = PB

Incline BB Press -
Set 1 = 85kg 8 reps / Set 2 = 90kg 5 reps

Flat DB Press - Set 1 = 40kg 9 reps / Set 2 = 42kg 7 reps

Decline BB Press - Set 1 = 95 kg 6 reps / Set 2 = 95kg 7 reps

Cable Flyes - Set 1 = 12.5kg E/S 20 reps / Set 2 = 12.5 kg E/S 20 reps

Cable Push Downs - Set 1 = 49kg 10 reps / Set 2 = 56kg 6 reps

Tricep Dips - Set 1 = 28 reps / Set 2 = 28 reps

Good session, feeling a little stronger on most things now, all lifts are up from previous week, be that weight or reps. I dont go for poundage on flyes though, just a good stretch.

Dips I just seem to able to go and go! which is wierd as my triceps take a beasting on my chest workout!

Also, I had no spotter tonight! I almost messed up on the incline press! just managed to rack it in time pheww! LOL. Everything else was cool though.

I wanna really try and cut up over my last 2.5 weeks of cycle, so gonna chop the cals a bit I think.

haha thanks man, yeah it is dangerous really, esp when going for PB's.... but I just thought I'd give it a try lol.

It's wierd though, because sometimes when you have a spotter there, and you know they will help you, you dont always push yourself quite so much. That's what I find anyway.

Yes that is very true mate, you tend to give up that last wee bit of a push you still got in you.

Day 25

Yesterday I didn't do any training. Had a funeral to go unfortunately, that is why I trained Mon Tues and Weds, so I could have Thurs off.

Anyway, back training today, and it was pretty good.

Back and Bi's - Red = PB

Deadlifts - Set 1 = 200kg 7 reps / Set 2 = 210kg 4 reps

Wide Grip Pull Ups - Set 1 = +15kg 7 reps / Set 2 = +15kg 6 reps + 6 reps BW straight afterwards

DB Rows - Set 1 = 40kg 12 reps / Set 2 = 40kg 10 reps (didn't use straps but will up weight next week and use them)

Low Row Machine - Set 1 = 80kg 12 reps / Set 2 = 90kg 10 reps

DB Arm Curls - Set 1 = 26kg 7 reps / Set 2 = 26kg 7 reps

Cable EZ bar curls - Set 1 = 37.5kg 10 reps / Set 2 = 35kg 10 reps

Pleased with the PB on Deads, I've done 210kg before, but could only get 2 decent reps out, so this is a good improvement :-)

My forearms where hurting again on machine curls, thought the clip on EZ bar would be ok as it was on cable, but it wasnt, so had to drop the weight.
Will stick to the straight bar next week and see how things go.

Back is looking sick at the moment! it is always my fave part of my body anyway and I put this down to heavy deads that I do every week, but traps seem to have come on a little more, and as i am a little leaner, it looks more defined, so I'm pleased with this.
Current big lifts:

Bench Press - 120kg 4 reps
Deadlift - 240kg 3 reps
Squat (ass to grass) - 145kg 5 reps
Leg Press - 500kg 20 reps

Day 26

Today I will be going to do some extra chest work, abs, and cardio.
Extra chest work is just pretty light and really concentrating on getting a nice squeeze on the muscle, and I leave my heavy presses for Thursdays!

Just to update on the sides, i've not really had any sides at all apart from the sleep probs at the begining of the cycle, but that was the 11-test, not the Hdrol.

Acne has not been as much of a problem with this cycle, but I am also taking tetracyl ATM which will be keeping it away.

Not noticed an increase in hairloss, and I am prone to this.

Aggression has not been too bad either, small increases here and there but you just have to control it as well as poss.

Back pumps have not really been a prob as of yet, I can feel them a little now and then, but NOTHING like SD lol they had me almost doubled up sometimes on that stuff!

BP I have not checked since a couple of weeks ago, and it had risen considerably, I do feel like my BP is higher, That may sound weird, but I just get this feeling of pressure in my head, and it's always when my BP is high.
I am taking hawthorne berries for this.

As I have mentioned previously, I am now looking to lean out as much as poss over the last 2 weeks of this cycle, so I will be cutting carbs down a little I.E not as much pasta with my lunch, and not as many new potatoes with my tea.

I still need the carbs no doubt, and I'm not gonna cut them completely, but just limit them somewhat, otherwise I will be too hungry!

Bench Press - 120kg 4 reps
Deadlift - 240kg 3 reps
Squat (ass to grass) - 145kg 5 reps

Day 27

Today is a well deserved rest day, athough diet has been very good, as I previously mentioned, I am cutting the carbs down to try and cut through the last 2 weeks of cycle.

Had 2 nice comments from the 2 women in life (Girlfriend and Mother lol) who have both told me that I am looking bigger, esp shoulders, arms, and back. Well a comliment is a complemant so I'll take them both thankyou! :-P
