Product Log: Super Halo (Halodrol) - Measurements Page 3 - 19 October 2009 20:43 ( #1 )
As title states really, I'm running a product log of Black china labs Super Halo (haladrol) and 11-test.

I will run the Halo @ 75mg ED for 6 weeks, and will be "pulsing" the 11-test throughout.
PCT will be Nolvadex, and will be using Milk Thistle, Hawthorne Berry EFA's vits etc throughout cycle.

I previously ran BCL's Straight Drol (Superdrol) which I had fantastic results with.
I just have a bit of BF that I would like to drop from my massive bulk on SD!

I will be starting the cycle Monday 26th October.
I wil be eating at maintence calories throughout, which is around 3k calories per day.

I will be training 4 - 5 days per week, with the usual split of Shoulders/Abs, Legs, Chest/Tri's, Back/Bi's.
I might do some extra chest work on a saturday, and I will be doing some light cardio sessions 2 - 3 times per week, just a moderate 15 min run after weights.

I am 6'1", 14st 10 lbs and approx 14 % BF.

Target is body recomp, I aim to put on 4 - 5 lbs of muscle and lose 2 - 3% BF, I'm sure this is do-able!!

I will post up pics an measurements before and after.

Before pics uploaded.

Front and back.

Currently weighing in at 14.10 stone. Need to take some measurements as well so I can make an accurate evaluation at the end of the cycle.

Re:Product Log: Super Halo (Halodrol) / 11-Test stack. - 26 October 2009 12:57 ( #3 )
Started the cycle today.

2 x 25mg Hdrol first thing this morning, with 2 x 11 test tabs.
Will be taking 1 more Hdrol around Tea time, and will take another 4 11 test tabs throughout the day.

I will be pulsing the 11-Test throughout the cycle using the following method:

3 days on 1 day off -

Day 1 - 6 tabs

Day 2 - 2 tabs

Day 3  - 4 tabs

I have trained already today, which was shoulders.
I must admit, I was out for a friends Bday on Saturday night, and was really not feeling it at the gym today lol, I will be good throughout the cycle and saturday was one last blow out!

Today I did the following.

Military Press -   Set 1 = 65kg for 6 reps
                            Set 2 = 65kg for 5 reps

Seated machine press - Set 1 = 75kg E/S for 5 reps
                                        Set 2 = 75kg E/S for 6 reps

DB Front Raise - Set 1 = 14kg db's for 14 reps
                            Set 2 = 14kg db's for 14 reps

Seated Side Raises - Set 1 = 12kg db's for 12 reps
                                   Set 2 = 12kg db's for 12 reps

Cable Rear Delts - Set 1 = 12.5 kg E/S = 14 reps
                               Set 2 = 12.5kg E/S = 14 reps

DB Shrugs - Set 1 = 46kg Db's = 12 reps
                    Set 2 = 46kg Db's = 12 reps

I would normally through some upright rows in at the end, but I felt really cr*p and decided to leave it here.

Lifts weren't as good as usual, but was to be expected after a  heavy weekend.

Diet will consist of around 6 meals per day, low carbs on a night, approx 3000 cals per day.

Good luck mate, hope you get what you're looking for.

I was thinking of a h-drol assisted cut next year so will be keeping a close eye.

Day 2

Don't know if anyone read my other thread about the probs I had last night? but basically, had very bad anxiety issues, and insomnia. Had no sleep at all :-(

Also had a nose bleed this morning and felt like I was gonna have a panick attack. I was sh*tting myself TBH as I've never suffered with anxiety like this before and my heart was racing like a b*tch.

Had to call in sick at work, and also not gonna get to gym tonight now, so will have just go tomorrow instead.

I did have some sleep probs with my SD cycke towrds the end of the cycle, but only when I upped the dosage to 30mg.

I'm not the best sleeper to be honest, but never had anxiety issues like I have last night/this morning.

Terrible start to this cycle, but gott stick with it, and fingers crossed things will get better.

I'm now taking propanolol (beta blocker) and zlopicone on a night for my sleep.
Not ideal taking all these things at once, but I can't carry on like this, and I need to sleep (obviously), and go to work, gym etc so I feel this is worth it.

The only possible positive thing that I can pull out from being up all night, is that I had a protein shake at 3:30am (now that is looking the bright side!!!).

Diet will be clean again today, with maintenence cals (approx 3000) spread through around 6 meals.

Oh, forgot to add, I will knock down the dosage of 11-test as well. Atleast until I start to chilll and sleep better.

I have spoken to the guys at Black China Labs, and it seems that it is the 11-test that has affected me in this way.

It is extremely androgenic adrenal, where as most other compounds out there are mainly anabolic, so the sudden rise in testosterone and androgen levels have caused the insomnia/anxiety.

I have it on good authority that once my body becomes used to it, these symptoms will pass.

Really appreciate the help from BCL on this as well, they are always there if I have any problems or questions with their products which is extremely re-assuring for me especially after my recent worries lol.

So.... onwards and upwards!!!

Nice of them to admit the test could be the problem, seem a good company. Hopefully the problems die off quick mate.

Thanks Ice :-D Hopefully so!

Day 3

well, I think today is the "Calm after the storm".
Had an excellent nights sleep, albeit with the help of a sleeping tablet, but TBH I'd rather that than a sh*tty natural sleep lol.

Took 2 hdrol this morning with 1 11-test, and will take 1 more hdrol and 11-test before training.

Diet is:

Breakfast -
2 wholemeal toast with peanut butter and jam.
1 40g whey protein shake with skimmed milk

Mid Morning - 1 milk protein shake 40g, made with half water and half skimmed milk.
1 apple .

Lunch -
2 chicken and lettuice sandwiches on wholemeal bread with a little light mayo.
1 shape yoghurt

Mid afternoon (pre training) - 1 whey protein shake 40g, with dextrose and taurine added.
1 Apple

PWO - 1 whey protein shake 40g, with added dextrose and L-glut made with water.

Tea - Chicken with new potatoes, brockley, cauliflour and green beens, bit of gravy too :-)

Before Bed - Milk protein shake 40g half milk half water, added L-Glut and some peanut butter or a splash of olive oil.

This will be my diet throughout (exepct a sat night when i normally go out for tea, or get a take away etc).

Main meal on a night will change most days, but will be something similar - fish, veg etc etc...

Cals will equate to approx 3000 per day with a around a 40/40/20 split.

Training was ok tonight, not the best, but OK.

Legs

Squats - 160kg x 8, 160kg 6

Stiff Legged Deads - 130kg x 10, 140kg x 8

Leg Press - 270kg x 12, 270kg x 12

Calf Raise - Seated - 270kg x 16, 290 x 12

Calf Raise Standing (smith machine) - 100kg x 10, 100kg x 10

Leg Extension - 94kg (full stack) x 16, 94kg x 15

Had to knock squats down a litttle from last week, was lifting 170kg, but as I have not been well the last couple of days, didn't want to push it.

Was gonna have  a run afterwards but TBH I really didnt feel like it, will plan on doing so tomorrow.
