Shoulders and Abs
DB Shoulder Press - Set 1 = 34kg DB's - 8 reps / Set 2 = 34kg DB's 8 reps
Smith Machine Press - Set 1 = 50kg +Bar 10 reps / Set 2 = 50kg +bar 10 reps
Cable front raises - Set 1 = 30kg 16 reps / Set 2 = 35kg 14 reps
Cable Side Lat Raises - Set 1 = 20kg 14 reps / Set 2 = 25kg - 12 reps
Cable rear delt raises - Set 1 = 10kg 14 reps / Set 2 = 10kg 14 reps
Cable Upright Rows - Set 1 = 85kg 12 reps / 90kg = 12 reps
DB Shrugs - 40kg DB's = 16 slow reps / 40kg DB's 15 slow reps
Abs - Leg Raises and machine crunches
All in all a good session, I thought I would have increased the DB presses, but the last rep I was struggling on so I didnt want to increase just yet.
I've changed things around a bit on shoulders, doing more cable work on the raises, just to switch it up a little, I don't think it makes much difference doing cable work with these kind of excersises as they're not exactly mass builders!
