James M Thats some session mate, as for your sleep how is it sleep off cycle? Thanks James. Sleep off cycle normally isn't too bad, don't get me wrong, I have my nights when I can't get off for an hour or 2, but nothing like I have experienced on this cycle.

smooth11114 Skullcrusher Cheers Smooth. Lol, Iceman just asked me the same thing actually :-) I just find that 4 sets is enough for bi's and tri's personally.... I've not been going super heavy on bi's though due to tendon problems in my forearms (from using the EZ bar). I will put them up gradually though. How's PCT going man? I had exactly the same problem. (tennis and golfers elbow) couldn't train bis for nearly a year, I got around this by doing negative grip back exercises, so putting emphasis on the bis. I started taking cissus and it really helped a lot. I now find that I can train bis again. The trick is to manage the injury, use lifting straps on back days and stay clear of preacher curls and the EZ bar. Also stretch the forearms out 4 times a day at as many angles as you can think of. PCT is going well, only lost 1lb of weight after 2 weeks and bf is still at 9% (ish) Thanks for the tips mate. It is getting better by just not using the EZ bar. The EZ bar has become the bain of my existance! lol. I always use straps on back day for deads, rows etc... but will try the stretches out too see if it helps, cheers. Nice one on PCT as well, 1lb is f*ck all, so you must be very happy with that. I posted a comment on your log too. Nice pics mate.

Wrap the forearms up with a bandage or ideally an elasticated wrap, the compression takes the tension off the tendons caused by tight muscles, this will allow them too heal. I used to wrap them before bed, that way it would stay on over night. Be careful not too wrap too tight as you'll wake up in the middle of the night with no feeling in your arms. And not being able to move your hands and trying to undo bandages is not funny lol Otherwise a Physio session is a great idea, but costs money.

Not heard of melatonin, let me know how you get on mate as I'd like to stop using nytol as it makes you groggy in the morning.

Day 41 Still not sleeping much at all, I think it has become more of a mental thing now, as I am worrying before I actually go to bed. Regardless, I still went to the gym, although did not feel like it I must admit! Chest and Abs Incline BB Press - Set 1 = 85kg 6 reps / Set 2 = 85kg 6 reps Flat DB press - Set 1 = 40kg DB's 8 reps / Set 2 = 40kg DB's 8 reps Decline BB Press - Set 1 = 90kg 7 reps / Set 2 = 90kg 7 reps Pec Deck - Set 1 = 70kg 14 reps / 75kg = 12 reps Abs = decline weighted crunches and leg raises Did ok considering the lack of sleep I have had this week. Not my best session, but certainly not my worst. I would normally train back tonight, but as I am still not sleeping well, I am gonna give tonight a miss and go in the morning instead, as I don't think heavy deadlifting is the best idea whilst I'm feeling so tired, I just hope to god that I get a good nights rest tonight. Today is also last day of cycle, and I must admit, I do not feel any shut down (I know you dont have to feel it to be shut down, but you get what I mean), sex drive still high, no testicular atrophy, so that is good I guess. I still have a bottle of Novadex XT that I was tempted to use instead of the Nolva... but then again, I already have the Nolva, so may as well use it eh? What do you guys think? Could use both but prob a bit overkill for just Hdrol.

Day 43 - Last day of Cycle Had one more tab left over, that is why it has strectched over to 43 days. Did not train on Friday as was too tired from the lack of sleep. Sleep has been fine since Friday night though! Typical as I don't have to be at work! Back Deadlifts - Set 1 = 210kg 5 reps / 220kg = 0 (Went for it but just couldn't get it up there! / Set 3 = 200kg 4 reps (only got 4 out because I had just tried for 220 and it wiped me!) Pull Ups - Couldn't use my weighted belt, as I used a differnet pull up station, and the weight knocks into it. Set 1 = BW 10 / Set 2 = Bw 10 / Set 3 = BW 10 / Set 4 = BW 10 DB Rows - Set 1 = 44kg DB's 10 reps / Set 2 = 44kg DB's 10 reps Low Row - Set 1 = 80kg 12 reps / Set 2 = 85 kg 10 reps Lat Pull Downs (under arm grip) - Set 1 = 70kg 10 reps / Set 2 70kg 10 reps Was still feeling tired from my lack of sleep through the week! so not surprised that I didnt get my PB on deadlift! Gonna do an evaluation with after pics, so watch this space.

Evaluation During my 6 weeks on Hdrol, I experienced some modest strength gains on certain exercises, as follows; Deadlift = + 15kg Squat = + 20kg Incline BP = + 10kg I was after more of a recomp effect, so stayed at around maintenance cals throughout. My weight has fluctuated throughout the cycle though, I went down to 14.8 stone, but thought I might be loosing weight too quickly so I slightly upped the cals. Start weight = 14.10 stone End Weight - 14.12 stone (+2 lbs) Regarding measurements, I have lost half an inch on the waist, and gained 1 inch on chest/lats. Everything else has stayed the same. I am slightly dis-appointed with this, but I do feel that I look leaner than before cycle. I dont know what my BF is, I would guess it is around 14%, and I have lost some BF for sure. Sides Apart from the sleep probs (which I put down to the 11-test) sides where minimal to say the least. BP did go up, but that is to be expected with any steroid cycle. Had no hairloss (which I am predispositioned to), hardly any back pumps. I also do not feel shut down at all, sex drive is still the same, no testicular atrophy, so I guess that is a good sign. PCT is Nolva at 40mg days 1 - 10, 20mg days 11 - 21. I will also be using Creatine and tribulus. I will post up pics soon.

I know you weren't after strength gains, but.... +20kg onto your squat and you feel disappointed! Crikey With the net gains being somewhat 'low', you may find that they're also far easier to keep once PCT is finished.

Oh I'm not disappointed with the strength gains dude, I just thought I would get more in lean gains / BF decrease, but overall it wasn't a bad cycle. Yeah I expect the gains will be pretty easy to keep from this.
