Good luck Ram, this is something I wanted to try so will keep tabs on your progress.

Oh also as above what are your goals with this cycle as I understand it can be used to bulk or cut.

Taz - Nice to hear from ya mate, you certainly like them monster caps. Hoping for a lean bulk, going on hols 4 weeks today, only Centre Parks, so don't want to gain any body fat, prob like to lose a little. Reading reviews, imo it seems very good for fat loss (recomp), maybe won't give a big increase in strength, but like all steroids it will be dose dependent and all about finding your own sweet spot.

smooth - I presume it will be 30 days at 3 tabs ed, that will be 90 tabs, so 1 bottle. I may ask Reg if i can do 6 weeks, obviously i would have to buy the extra  bottle.

Cynostane is on its way mate. I will watch this thread closely but some advice:

If bulking increase cals by approximately 1000 cals. This compound has the most potent repartitioning effects I have seen to date.

If recomping or dieting, then I would just keep protein at 2g per lb of bodyweight still and wait for the effects to kick in after a week or so.

Reggie- I will eat 1000 cals above maintainance, and ajust accordingly. Don't want to gain bf, as going on hols in 4 weeks, but from reviews i have read, providing diet is clean, this is unlikely to happen.

I'll be interested in how you get on m8, will be running cynostane to......but with xmas coming i've no regard for staying lean so i'll definately be introducing lots of natural peanut butter into my eating regime, but still pretty clean eating overall i.e no kfc, mac d's or burger king.....i've got a feeling i might just fall in love with this stuff

Hey mate,

If you're worried about BF increases, then don't whack up the calories in one day spread it over a few days. the compound is very strong at repartitioning though so I wouldn't worry.

Good luck with the cycle mate.

Nice heavy lifts mate, good work.

If you dont mind me asking is why do you do high reps on light tri day? And your lat pulldown seems abit low compared to your other lifts, do you have back trouble?

Ice - I train chest/triceps 2 x week mon/fri, so when doing light triceps or light chest i like to concentrate on feeling the muscle working and getting a good burn instead of  just  trying to lift heavy weights every session. I have made great progress over the last 6 months doing chest/triceps this way.
Yes i do have problems with lower back and ankles (psoriatic arthritis) i have been taking perscribed medication (sulphalazine) for 20 years.  So being 44 years old i have to train according to how my body feels. This being the reason why  my back/legs sessions will vary, some sessions being heavier than others

Day 2                  Sat 7th Nov

Pictures below, taken this morning, as you can see plenty of bodyfat, so Cynostane should be perfect for me, as i have 23 days till my holidays. So if i can reach 15st, (+ 7lb) with a drop in bodyfat, i will be  well happy.
Had no problems taking tablets, no  upset stomach or headaches, i know it's early but feeling great. No training today, so burnt 1000 cals on Ex bike while watching TV.

Measurements - taken today

Arms - 16.5"      17" flexed
Waist - 34"
Neck -  16"
Calf - 17"
Thigh - 25"
Chest - 44.5"     Across nipples

  Day 3     Sun 8th Nov

I know it's early in cycle, no sides, headaches, lethargy, blood pressure ok, not sure buy feel as though midsection has tightened up a little. Usually a day off today, but may have a workout later, if not, it will be chest/triceps tomorrow, which happens to be my fav workout.  Going to watch chelsea/man utd  now, so will post up later.

I have been running cynostane for 5 days on a cut myself (okay a lazy man's cut), at 20mg daily. Will be interested to see the difference between 20mg and 30mg for two people cutting so hope you can stick to your program.

Nice frequent updates mate. Looking big in the pics, nice work.

Im liking the way your putting your improvements in a diff colour in this case green, that what i like to do in my logs too, so the progression is clear to see, great log.

Ice - Cheers mate, when kindly given free sups, an informative log is the least on can do.

Pred - I have on probs sticking to a set program, it will be an interesting comparision, how long you running at 2 caps for. On a diff not, on the uk muscle i have been unable to update my post for 3 days, as there is no quick reply box. I have sent  them an e-mail, but had no reply, is there anyone you can contact, cheers.

On wakeup today, first thing i noticed/felt was the feeling of being a lot harder/tighter, especially around chest area, weight is up by a good 1lb, but deff no increase in bodyfat, if anything, there is a slight decrease. Very happy with the way things are going, as i am eating plenty.

Starting weight - 14st - 7lb
Current weight - 14st - 8lb
