Hi all, I am the owner of Promart Supplements, a UK supplements website, and I have registered on these forums to see what people are talking about and to hopefully offer some good training, diet and supplementation advice to people in the forums. Please PM me if you want any advice with regards my website, or if you want any specific training advice from myself. In terms of my training, I am just getting over an injury. I have been on and off with the gym over the last 12 months, probably averaging 2-3 sessions per month... it seems the injuries are related to getting too strong too quick and lifting what I used to lift before I am ready, or perhaps lifting too heavy and using not quite perfect form. Anyway, I am currently weighing 182lbs at 5'10", 16" guns, neck, calves, 33" waist, 44" chest, etc. At my best, I was 204lbs, 17.5" guns, 29" legs, 31.5" waist, etc. and I am planning on getting back to that level by March 2010. Iv just been completly scammed by promart supplements, no replys to emails at all in 2 weeks since iv orderd seems like they just taken my money and ran!! Iv now had to have the hassle of filling a dispute with paypal! All i want is my order! Whats going on promart?????
