Hey guys, thanks for dropping in. I'm working pretty hard but I'm being sensible and keeping the reps high for back work at the moment, I'll have to do high rep squatting as well which is always fun. lol.

Alright mate! All going well here! All i will say is mate is for your forearm exercises DC protocol dictates more compound movements such as hammer curls, pinwheel curls, rope curls, lying rope curls, reverse e-z curls etc. You'll find them much more effective, also forearm exercises are not rest paused - 2 straight sets 8-12 mate. Sorry if i'm butting in just trying to offer a little help, tell me to bog off if you like! Good work otherwise mate! How long have you been blasting? Still feel good? Don't forget to cruise when thing start getting very tough, very important part of DC.

Hey man. Thanks very much for the advice, I would always prefer to be told if something else will give me better results. I've been blasting now for about three weeks. Really just getting started injury stopped me doing some of my favourite moves like deadlifts and bnps so I'm back to them now.

spent about 30 minutes just streching and now i feel pretty good. biceps incline db curls 25s 15 r.p forearms seated hammer curls 30s 10,8 quads leg extension 100kg 15 bw narrow stance squat 20,20,20 these gave me a surprising pump, since i hurt my back i hadnt realised how bad my balance was, these took a while to get right. i used to squat with a wide stanceso im not used to going narrow. definately will be sticking withg these in future seated leg curl 80kg 12 more stretching.

im feeling good these days. I'm stilltaking it easy on my back but it should be ready to work hard in another couple of weeks. i spent a half hour tonight doing various streches and lots of ab work, including 5 sets on our extremely odd seated jacknife machine, very difficult to describe but very effective, and loads of planks. biceps ez bar curls 65kg 15 r.p standing simultaneous hammer curls 30s 10,10 narrow stance db front squat, really slow, balance seems to be getting there, and sincemy back is feeling better i may get back into light squatting next week 10kg 30 reps standing leg curl 30kg 15 all in all, imhappy enough with my progress, the sun is out everyday so im even getting a tan. im hoping to press 100kg overhead seated by the end of june so im working hard towards that goal.

Good to see you may be able to get back to some heavier leg and back work mate, and well done for keeping going with what you can do. A 100kg overhead seated press is an awesome lift bud!
