I honestly couldn't tell you because I haven't been able to make them last more than 2 days! I would probably give them 4/5 days because of the milk maybe(??) What I would say is if they are left in the oven for a little too long they tend to dry out over time, but only in the parts that were near the edge of the batch...I assume it will be a bit trial and error for some people because all ovens are different.

Do you think these will be ok in the fridge for a week They last fine - I made huge batch 6 days ago and they still taste just as nice as the day I made them. I got enough for 4 more days at 2 a day. Yummy.

Ok I've failed. Just goo so I guess I used too much milk. Don't want to cook them any longer due to the protein. Anyway the goo is nice, I'm eating it with a spoon and it's like a nutty dessert. Will try again.

There isn't much difference between the consistency when it goes in the oven and when it comes out...you could probably do it without putting it in the oven...I just found that putting it in the oven and then setting in the fridge made it taste better!!

How many would you say that mixture makes? I had a hack at some the other day, not your recipe, but just a mess around on my own with fridge set ones and they came out alright. I used Quark, Low Fat Yog, Protein, Oats & Choc powder though. They tasted alright, but this sounds much better.
