Be careful when stacking protein and creatine. You'll get awesome gains but always the potential for side effects. Liver failure, explosive testicular atrophy, inexplicable and sudden cravings to commit arson, and so on. It hasn't been nicknamed 'Crea-Tren' for nothing.

lol @Citizenkane. I love my BCAA & Multi vitamin
The last three or four reps is what makes the muscle grow. This area of pain divides the champion from someone else who is not a champion.

What do you mean by types? Like flavour/brand/blends etc? As BCAA's are : Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine. They can't be synthesized in the human body and are amino acids that are metabolised in the actual muscle not the stomach like other amino's. Any BCAA powder or tablet you get will have all the branched chains in, with Varied ratios. But probably the most common ratio is 2:1:1. I've herd of people going as mad as 12:1:1 though

It's probably bad if I say caffeine right? Haha training within an hour of waking up it's a life saver! Other than that I'd say the digestive aid product I'm using at the moment is something I'd find hard to give up if I needed to, wouldn't like to go back to feeling bloated.
