Protein Pancakes

Saw this recipe in M&F and gave it a try for my breakfast this morning...makes a change from scrambled eggs on toast. I never measure things...just do them by eye so forgive the lack grams etc. 1 whole egg + 3 egg whites 1 scoop porridge oats 0.5 scoop whey (I used chocolate) Skimmed Milk Butter Red palm oil or similar Pre heat frying pan on medium heat, add butter to melt. Whisk eggs with oats and add to pan. put whey in a small bowl or mug and add a small amount of milk whilst stirring, add milk until mixture turns into a medium consistency paste. Add oil to whey/milk mixture and keep mixing. Flip pancake, cooking for a few minutes each side, pour whey/milk/oil mixture over cooked pancake & enjoy.
