Protein Shake to compliment CNP Pro Recover

At the moment, I am using CNP Pro Recover after my workouts. Tastes great, doesn't upset my gut and mixes well etc. Got it all to be honest! However, I am wanting to boost my protein intake throughout the day and am looking for a decent protein shake to use during the day (maybe before workouts too) I imagine Pro Recover is not best for this; as it is designed for post workout use. Any suggestions? I am blinded by the amount of stuff out there nowadays! Main thing to me is taste (Choc flavour!), and mixes easily. Cost too I suppose. Decent amount of protein, with low cals and carbs. If anyone used CNP Pro Recover and could compare that would be ideal. Promax seems to fit the bill - but is pricey too. Tried loads of powders years ago, and other than CNP Pro Reover & MetRX Protein Plus, they were all rank and upset my guts! Would go back to MetRX Protein Plus, but it is very expensive and I realise there must be better stuff out there. Shame that places don't do samples! Don;t really want to spend £30 - £40 on a tub to just throw it away! Comments appreciated!

Nutrisport 90+ is ideal. 5kg of undenatured isolate and casein protein for £40, say no more

If your using CNP Recover, why not try CNP Peptide. Chocolate is really nice. One of the best tasting shakes out there, just as good as Chocolate Gaspari Myofusion, which is one of the best tasting shakes ive had. Or why not go totally out of the box as they say and try some CNP Pro Dessert. Top stuff, and EXTREMELY nice tasting :-)

Must admit - I do like the CNP brand so might just stick with that. All Asparteme free too. Pro Peptide it is I think - although Pro Desert sounds good - will look into that! Cheers fella's

Cool, let us know what you think of it. I always mix it with ice cold water, beautiful stuff. If you do like it, you may want to buy a bag of the peptide. Try www.newimagesupplements.co.uk they used to have 3 x bags for £120 I think......
