200g oats 150g honey 150g peanut butter 100g whey protein 1 pint milk melt peanut butter + honey in microwave, then add oats, whey and milk to the mix, also you could add choc powder or raisens etc. Spread mixture onto baking tray on grease proof paper, then put in oven 12-15 mins. Allow to cool then off you go. They will keep in the fridge wrapped in cling film for about a week I've made these several times now... Enjoy!!

Looks good, will give it ago I see a lot of these recipes, but when would be best to eat them? Morning/Night – Post/Pre Workout – As a snack? As a treat?

What temperature did you cook them at? I tried 200c, is this correct? Gaz

Nice one, im liking the ones that you dont have to use a oven for, but the oven ones would be abit nicer though wouldnt they? Hopefully try some of these later this week.
