Protein %

Im surprised by now you cant get a tablet that is sort of pure protein with a high gram in it for example all the protein you would need to grow if you were a certain kg man = take two tablets.
 
I just cant understand why it cant be compressed etc
 
 

most tablets/caps have a max capicity of 500mg/1g, so you can only fit a max of 500m/1g in any single capsule.

Yeah It would be impossible to condense so much protein to that sort of size. Wish they could though!

Be fantastic if they could. Would make supplementation a lot easier!

i think that beef jerky is about the most compressed protein you can get!!!! lol

Less than that. I just cant understand that with the tec of this time it cant be really reduced down. If it could surely it would be worth a fortune ???? or would people just not have it ?

I much prefer drinking chocolate / strawberry milkshakes to swallowing pills. I think the tasty shakes are what keep my diet in check. They taste so good sometimes you feel as though youre cheating!

It is physically impossible. How can you even conceive that it could happen?? The shrinking machine off charlie and the chocolate factory perhaps?

And if it were possible, trust a body builder to think of using it to compress protein into pills.

Why is it impossible say if im making a sauce to go with my steak and i reduce it down then it gets stronger :-)
 
A good heavy pill press is what i need hahaha

Reducing a sauce is simply evaporating the water from it....whey protein has extremely low levels of moisture there you can't make a comparison to a sauce with a few hundreds ml's in it!

(Sadly) protein is not like herb extracts that can be processed to be stronger per gram (ratios). If you compress the protein it may be less in volume but its weight and % protein will still be the same. You can compress 100g of protein into a smaller volume but it will still have the same values, and you'd never be able to compress it enough to get enough protein in to 2 or 3 pills. It just isn't physically possible.

I think it would be slightly difficult to compress say 25g of protein into a 500mg tablet dont you?

Back to the drawing board then :-( If i ever do manage it im putting you all down for 10 tabs each :-)
