Quite a few out there, I prefer Reflex whey as the profile is good with high protein and low carbs.

So, plurals have apostrophes now, do they?

I use instant whey, but I add cocoa powder, cinammon, and table sugar...

Good stuff, mixes well with oil

As above, an isolate will be your best option, that little bit dearer but your paying for the extra quality.

the difference between an 82% concentrate and an isolate carb wise isnt much tbh, and only makes sense for a strict keto diet

I have seen people bang on about isolate and low in carbs and then they eat a bread roll for lunch, bread with dinner and cereal at night, which makes loads of sense in la la land  lol

You're spot on there Bill! If you aint looking at your diet there's no point looking at an isolate.

Yeah I agree or if you have stomach issues but the difference in carbs is small. None of the board sponsors whey is high in carbs.

IM currently reviewing some Maxiraw samples which are very good ratios but as said all the bulk suppliers are low in carbs

Most quality powders are low in carbs anyway, about 2-3g per serving. Take your pick.

Exactly, thats why i made the analogy about people wanting low carb powders and then eating loads of carbs. But in this case the person is after buying a powder that is 20% carbs, dosent make sense at all for someone who wants to consume low carbs or ask about buying a low carb protein powder.

Look no further than Reflex peptide fusion, you won't get a lower carb shake, and certainly can't go wrong with a blend of that sort.

Go for some bulk whey concentrate (Ironscience, MP, BP etc) carb content will be lower than your gym's range and price will definetly be more favourable.

Isn't this a blend and hasn't it a lower protein % than many others, many better options out there.

If your diet wont be right then save yourself the money and just get a standard whey and dont be worrying about the carb content in it.
