Hi, im just wondering if anyone can give me any tips on how to gain weight. Im 16 years on 5Ft 8 and 10stone but cant seem to put on weight. I play professional rugby league for an un18 super league academy side. They have give me diet to try help me gain weight/muscle but it still seems not to be working. Im in the gym 4 times a week and do 2 days a week fitness. iv tried many protein shakes but still nothing is working.
 
Any advice would be helpfull.

    18 omg i wish i was lol. u r doing a lot. so you need lots n lots of food. 18 your testoserone is mega high you will burn Kcal 4 fun. keep the protein comein all good their. try add'ing bannanas after training tuna butties with brown bread. just eat like a horse and keep doin what ur doin. excess food is what u need. try stay away from unhealth greasy food tho. and coka cola. their just not needed. add some kiddie fish supp omega 3 6 9 from supermarket full Kcals an good 4 u. U
    could be worse you could be a tellytubbie
     
    15inch ripped biceps/TRICEPS will always look bigger than 19inch flabby arms

                  stick to big compound lifts (as i imagine you are as that's all they used to make me do when i played) eat like mad, carb up to death, aswell as aiming for over 200g of protein a day. maybe add a mass gainer shake. i started taking creatine at that age and found it helped
