Q - something to take to really kill appetite?

thanks man, i know that in my head but getting it to sink in is another issue
 
my problem is, i went from 23 odd stone (highest) to 12st lowest.  obv there are issues left behind after that much weight.  my problem is mainly, once i''ve gotten to the fitness level i want to get too i can't stay there as it's depressing.  my lot in life is to go in circles of fat to thin and back again.  :(

first off pal.... god damn well done!!! 23 to 12stone!??? youre an inspiration for anyone obese. what did you do to lose this and how long did it take? might help understand your situation a bit better. and what are your diet/training/stats like now and what is your goal?
 
mate what exactly is depressing, can you explain? if you go too hard too quick you will burn out physically and mentally and rebound.it will eventually sink in btw.
 
if youre cutting loads of cals, its the wrong way to look at it, if you really like bad foods like junk etc? then i think as you say some issues - CBT is very good, its like coaching/soft psychology. you need to be happy with who you are, what you've achieved, get on with your life and see this as a jounrey not something that needs to be done in order to be satistfied if that makes sense. seems you know what the issues might be so try to address them, dont rush it. a gym buddy could make the gym more enjoyable too??
 
if its pure hunger then you shouldnt try to starve yourself, a supressant or stim is not your answer here... as you need a sustainable diet/routine. you could literally eat veg and salad all day long if you wanted to, throw in some proetins (meat/shakes) and a little carb. try to ease yourself into it, look at calories for the day needed, maybe start with a 60/70% clean diet within that, and slowly as you feel comfortable cut out the junk. i still have a takeaway once a week (nandos and ice cream - not a whole tub though lol) and have an odd snack here and there (slice cake etc). once you find your maintenence point your fine - i.e. i know what i can eat and get away with. personally i find it easy to maintain weight, but shifting the fat was hard, so all i needed to do was get myself slowly to a level were i was in deficit and burning, then once i got that build my diet back up again, slowly.

once i cut junk out i don't crave it at all. it's basically motivatino and depression due to skin issues after all that weight which i can't get done on the NHS.
 
in short, i feel bad and lazy while fat so i lose weight and feel good, loads of energy but then get depressed about the skin and what it limits be doing (can't even get showers in the gym) and end up eating pity food and getting fat again.

Phen phen or phen fen or whatever its called, kills appetite, believe thats its main use and why the navy seals etc take it. but could also can kill you if not careful :)

Fen-Phen is a combo of drugs - Fenfluramine and Phentermine was a licenced anti-obesity drug prescribed in the US. It was withdrawn from the market by the FDA in the late Nineties after reports of heart valve disease and linked deaths. Huge lawsuits ensued.

What are the skin issues you are talking about? Is it acne or something else? For acne, a lot of people have reported success with Pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5) dosed at 10g/day. It's cheap(ish) in bulk powder and is available from the usual sponsors of this board.

looser skin due to rapid weight gain. only way to fix is a tummy tuck :(
