Quark can be mixed with a choc protein powder (or any other flavour) and eaten with a spoon. It can also be made into a milky hot choc (quite thick though if it isn't your thing). Also, you can mix it with jelly to make a quark mousse which is delicious.

Quark with jelly is awesome ! I Use half the amount of water the jelly pack says, then mix the quark with an electric mixer and portion up and set in the fridge. I've also made cheese sauce to go ontop of broccoli and cauliflower with quark , makes a nice change from bog standard veg

x2 for quark & sugar free jelly! It's amazing! I prefer hartleys blackcurrent, lush! Eat a pot of Sainsbury's own brand every night.

Just drop a lump of peanut butter in the pot. Spoonful of cheese, bit of peanut. Lovely!!

cottage cheese - with fruit, or straight, seeds, on the side of salad/meat quark - on rivita/toast, with honey, or in protein cake mix (in recipe section), as a base in fajitas, tacos, instead of mayo etc etc
