Quark can be mixed with a choc protein powder (or any other flavour) and eaten with a spoon. It can also be made into a milky hot choc (quite thick though if it isn't your thing). Also, you can mix it with jelly to make a quark mousse which is delicious.

Do you mean when the Jelly is formed or do you mean mix with the unformed crystals?

I Use half the amount of water the jelly pack says, then mix the quark with an electric mixer and portion up and set in the fridge. I've also made cheese sauce to go ontop of broccoli and cauliflower with quark , makes a nice change from bog standard veg
