Question for Liz (or anyone else who might know) - 11 June 2009 19:57 ( #1 )

Just sorting out an order to myprotein and was going to add CLA and creatine, I had a feeling that Liz had said she wasnt using creatine while still breast feeding and wanted to check if there was reason for this or just being extra cautious?

it says it on the side of the tub not to be used by pregnant or lactating women ....I dont know the science behind it, and maybe its just a precaution, but i stayed away anyway.

some carb drinks also say not to be used ! i rang the suppliers to ask why and it was to do with the concentration of the sugars might pass through to the breastmilk...although i dont see how thats any different to having a chocolate binge!
