Quick question RE shoulder

my shoulder made a cracking sound while doing decline dumbell flyes last week it was pretty sore for a couple of days this week it still aches bit but i can get through it i have lost 10kg of my bench press its only at the bottom ov the press where there is an issue anyone any clues or should i just stop training till its ok or train through? im 4 weeks in to a sus an deca cycle 10 weeks just thaught id ask here first because there is probably no injury that atleast one member has had once or twice any help would be appreciated guys thanks

It ****ed me for 3 weeks, I got some physio bands and did some rotator cuff excercise's before every chest or shoulder workout and added some deca to my cycle and voila 2 weeks after this its fine :) I'd avoid the excercise that is aggrivating it for the time being mate and just ensure to fully warm up the area before excercise.
Stats: Bench: 165Kg 1RM Squat: 190Kg 1RM Deadlift: 220kg 1RM

yeah stay away from aggrivating factors and maybe hit up some anti imflammatories to speed recovery and ease the pain in the mean time.

massive help there chris, although it does sound like he'll have to get it amputated. maybe a leg too just to be safe.

i personaly would amputate the leg and the arm and switch them about for a laugh

maybe swap over the nerves that control the fingers and toes, thatd be funny. also swap the arm and leg nerves, everytime he went to shake someones hand his leg would fly out with wiggly toes, hahaha. im so mature its outrageous. hahaha

not saying it to be mean, i just think it would look funny. every time he tried to run his arms would go flying all over the place. haha. you shoulda seen my in the wet labs at uni. they gave me a cadaver and a bunch of sharp little knives, i had a great time (whilst at all times being very respectful of the dead - seriously).
