Thanks mate, likewise.  Drew's training is fantastic, I'm loving the met con sessions, even though after I've done them I feel like death.

Right peeps, here the shape up pics.  If the computer screen isn't clear then you can check my journal and post in the general section about my new tattoo to validate I only had it done on monday.
Get ready for white pants!!!

Again, please no comments on here as all will be answered in my journal linked below.  Hope this doesn't sound arrogant but would be a little confusing for me to kinda keep 2 journals going haha

Thanks again people and good luck to all

Thanks to RHF, I've had this opened up so anyone can ask anything they like.

Seems daft I had it locked to be honest.

I stand by my underwear choice.  The only thing that upsets me is that my old "He-Man" pants were a little tighter than when I was 6 LOL!!

Bring on the battle cat pics. That sounds frickin' awesome. I hate to use the word frickin' but in this case it's appropriate.

LOL, if I can get him to keep still I'll do my best to dress him up.

Here's some progress pics took this morning
I didn't bother using glycerine last night like I did on the last lot and I'm flat as a fart thanks to 10 days no carbs.  And I really gotta work on my posing LOL.  Still not got a new camera as car needed some money spending on it this month.
Enjoy

Thanks ladies, the pants have to be used for continuity purpose although I'll break out the nice black ones for the final shoot LOL!

Need to sort a decent camera as the cheapo one I have makes me and my pants look terrible!

Hmmmmm, hard to say Miss RHF....

Really really not impressed with progress so far so I'm strapping my ass to the exercise bike for 2 hours a day at least from now on.

Watch this space.

Re:RACK - 26 June 2009 14:06
@Chris, it's gotta be done mate.  As soon as I stepped the cardio up the changes have come pretty quick, I just seem to need a lot more cardio than the average bear.  2 hours flys by tbh.

@TIO, I'm trailing you mate, trailing.  If I'd have started this much cardio a few weeks back I would have made a bigger impact at the end of this but hey.  I'm still pretty sure I'll look decent for it.
I'm just under 8 weeks to my hol and seeing the progress you made in 8 weeks doing stacks of cardio I'd be more than happy with 3/4's of that progress you made.

How are you splitting your cardio, are you doing 2 sessions?

Good work by the way, your dedication is duly noted!

On weights days I'm doing 60mins at 550am, weights at 1230pm then 60mins cardio at 430pm

On none weights days I'm doing the same except will through another 45mins cardio session in at lunch time.

Really gotta pick things up now as time is not on my side.

We'll see, as much as I'd like to have won the shape up I think I've left the extra cardio too late for that so am keeping focused for my hol in 7 weeks.

Again, just wish I'd have started more cardio more than 2 or so weeks ago.

Woke up sunday morning after a carb up and all day drinking session and had mucho veins in my hip area and a flat stomach LOL!!  I'm beggining to think that drinking is the way forward haha!!!
