I'm hoping two tubs.  I need to buy my second tub on pay day next week though.  Christmas and my car MOT have left me skint!

I see your running 30mg per day are you splitting that throughout the day or taking all at once

Cheers

Both at the same time in the morning.  I read that it makes little difference if you split them so instead of forgetting to take one or forgetting that I've already taken one, I'll just do them both with breakfast.

Over head press today.  I wanted to get some 5's at 97.5kg which I thought was probably a bit optimistic but I had a go anyway.  Got 4 reps on the first try.  I felt like I could have  got 5 but I messed my pressing line up on 3 & 4 and lost balance which took a bit out of me to correct.  Second set it just wasn't in me so I dropped the weight and did some 10's at 70kg.  I'm not massively disappointed to be honest.  My activity level has been high this week with riding BMX and I've been feeling it to be fair.  I'm off for a few alcoholic beverages tonight which I'm looking forward to.  As a result Deadlift is likely to postponed until Saturday.

So far so good mate.  Tough to really say anything as having a bout of severe man flu last week meant I felt like crap!  I went and trained Deadlift today and 3 x 5 - 185kg flew up no problem.  I was feeling a little flat energy wise but I think that is more down to my life choices over the last two days.  I'm pleased with how the strength is feeling so far but fat dropping wise I'm letting myself down with the food so I can't give an informed opinion just yet on how effective it is.  I really want to get things tightened up from next week and get a good 8 weeks of nailed diet done.
