Over head press today. I wanted to get some 5's at 97.5kg which I thought was probably a bit optimistic but I had a go anyway. Got 4 reps on the first try. I felt like I could have got 5 but I messed my pressing line up on 3 & 4 and lost balance which took a bit out of me to correct. Second set it just wasn't in me so I dropped the weight and did some 10's at 70kg. I'm not massively disappointed to be honest. My activity level has been high this week with riding BMX and I've been feeling it to be fair. I'm off for a few alcoholic beverages tonight which I'm looking forward to. As a result Deadlift is likely to postponed until Saturday.
