At the moment my workouts are purely and 100% instinctive, as normal really, however my weights and movemts tend to be however or whatever i think i can safely do without injury etc.

                      Hi guys,
Sorry been away for ages...Been focusing in on my 'game' and basically pretty much banned myself from all distractions including the internet and especially Facebook.
I havent made any more 'Road To Pro' clips of late due to reasons above plus i have been purposly holding my condition close to my chest so to speak.
Anyhow, thought you may like a little update as to my situation and final weeks plan to show time!!
My BW is 98.7kg this am completely flat and depleted. I am driffting about like a tumble weed last few days. My strength and muscle robustness is that of a faries lol. Very week and frail come to mind, joints/limbs clunkin about like a skelleton. So even if i wanted to film some stuff, to be honest you peeps would be pissing yourself at my feebleness haha!!
Ok latest situation report- Rather than the traditional aproach to show where i would normally deplete and super carb load 2-3 days both sides. I have decided this year to try something i have never done before but have always kinda wanted to but havent really been brave enough to try as well as never until now been in the best postion to give a go. Anyhow,  the plan this time is to steadily carb up throughout the week starting yesterdat (friday). I have i would say perfected my super carb load always with great results but the feeling of loading such large quantities of carbs into my poor depleted body fills me with dread. Its a horrific and uncomfortable process with loads of uncomfortable side effects. I figure this time is pretty much how i have been right through off season and on season diet...very little change in bigger picture but a gentle manipulation of carbs and fats. My carbs have gone up from 500gm total carb weight (diet amount for past 4 weeks) up by 100 gms yesterday from a pack of rice cakes (which spaced me off my head lol) to same again today with an extra 100gms gluten free oats..i will repeat this till monday then up my rice from 300gm total weight to 400 then 500gm. friday sat and sunday next week i will play by how i feel/look and have carbs at the ready. I am bordering 100kg now, so if i hade done the traditional aproach chances are i could well have spilled over into super heavies...this aproach i am able to monitor my weight more closely and if need be deplete friday to make 100kg weight class then up cqarbs again.
My water will go up and drop friday next week. Sodium goes up and dropped out thursday completely. Training - day off today but 3 cv sessions still in place. Sunday-hams, calves abs + 3 cv sessions. monday-Shoulders + 3 cv sessions. Tue-Chest, tris + 3 x cv. Wed-Back, Traps, Bis +3 x cv...then rest up totally thursday, friday ready for the weekends fun and frollics.
This as always has been a horrible last month of dieting. Almost almost there now...BRING IT BLOODY ON!! YEHHH BUDDDIIIEEE!!!

I think this is a much more sensible approach to carbing up as when you put that extra amount of carbs the last few days you always end up spilling over!! Most people look great a few weeks out but once they start making drastic changes the last week you always end up looking worse for it. Good one Barny!!!
