ROHM PCT caps, time of day

hi fellas,
When I finish my test e cycle obv I'll wait 2 weeks before starting PCT.
When I do my PCT I'm going to use the capsules.
First 10 days will be 2 pills per day after that it's 1 pill per day.
Each pill contains 20mg nolva/50mg clomid and a few other bits I'm sure your aware of.
Question is, can I take 2 caps together at night for the first 10 days or do I need to take 1 in morning and 1 at night?
It's just I've heard emotional sides aren't as bad if taken at night.
If i get bad sides I'll switch to 40mg of nolva ED and drop the PCT caps, once again though can I take 40mg of nolva together at night or do I need to stagger it??

I dont think it matters mate you can take it when you want, the meds will stabilise in the blood soon enough as long as you take them at the same time every day.

I would take two a day (morning and evening) maybe at first as there's 20 mg of prov and will help mood. Up to you though.

Bad news, my source has let me down so won't be doing my cycle until august now after my wedding. Meanwhile I'm gonna cut to 10% bf with ECA stacks and the like, has anyone any experience with ECA??
As for the ROHM pills I have, I did a dry run before I was due to start jabbing , didn't notice any hornyness, just noticed a distanced feeling, moodiness and hot flushes.
Well pissed off about my course but think getting to 10% and then doing it will be better
