Random question on FishOil supplements

I usually go for the standard Super Omega 3`s in bulk,  when it comes to the bog standard Omega 3`s however, what is the most important aspect to look for in choosing a quality product? The EPA or DHA value, the source of the fish oil (if given) or just go for whatever cheapest?

The amount of epa dha for your money, if you trust the make and you think its got all the nasty pollutions cut out. Krill oil is better as its got astaxanthin in it which is the most powerful antioxidant there is, its what makes red salmon red. Google astaxanthin m8 its good ****!  

Thanks for the info m8, i have read before about Krill Oil being superior to both Omega3 and Codliver Oils, quite expensive though, am on a bit of a budget atm so ill have a look around. Thanks again

Weather you think holland barret stuff is any good (I'm not sure myself) krill oil from there is about the same price as fish oil. There is talk that cod oil has too much vit a in it which can be toxic to the body according to some, but there is some debate on this. I'm not sure if this is true or not. I using Krill oil at the moment mate due to reading about the benefits and the fact it was on the Oneon half price sale :)
