Some of the Asian takeaways round here that do chicken burgers and stuff, the put "red salt" on the chips and its amazing. Anybody know what it is!!? I guess at paprika and table salt but I don't know and they won't say!

Never heard of it, but if it's Asian and it tastes 'amazing' then I'd wager that it contains Monosodium Glutamate
