Reheating chicken from frozen.

Bought some pre-cooked frozen chicken breast fillets from a factory shop near me but there arent any instructions on the back for reheating.
I intend to eat 2 of these at work every night with a sweet potato but i only have a microwave at work, am i ok to season them, heat them in the oven at home, put in individual containers in the fridge, and then re-heat at work in microwave?
Ive always done this with frozen chicken breasts but never ones that have come pre-cooked before.

If they are pre cooked and you intend tyo microwave them at work to reheat them, no need to oven them first too!

But would it do any harm as ive already cooked 10 in the oven, or shall i just eat them cold at work? The only reason i like to oven cook them is so i can add some seasoning to make them tastier, suppose i could brush with a little oil & season then put them in microwave?

If it were me. I'd eat the ones you have done cold at work and in future do the seasoning oil and microwave thing, without ovening them. 3 cooking sessions and they may taste a bit rank lol

they taste rank cold lol.  Had 2 last night and took about half hour to eat, so dry & horrible to chew.
Think im gonna slice them up, chuck in with some pasta & add salad dressing to moisten it all up abit.
