Think i might do just one good intensity cardio session m8 ta! I just want to utilise the short time frame ive got before the season starts again to gain some deccent weight!! Last time i bulked i did it over a long time frame to keep fat gains down & stay stupidly fit, this time its all about gain weight   !

Its about quality weight mate, at least it is for me, i hate carrying fat if i dont need to and pisses me off when my cv fitness takes a nosedive Have a date today with one of my many new girlfriends

I want quality weight too but ive only got a few months still the season starts m8 so a little bit of puppy fat   is the price ill have to pay!!! Have fun then m8   you stud, lol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How much weight are you looking to put on before the season starts?
HIT with Rightyho Pity we didn't vid Rack going from pink and healthy with a touch of brown to white, then green then that death grey colour reserved for the severely traumatised. Journal R.I.P.

Well im 13st5 now m8 & the season starts end of august begining of sept so im aiming for above 14st!! Plus pre-season training starts early august so ive got about 10-12weeks to focus on weights

Right trained back & biceps however i lost my piece of paper with all the weights/reps etc   !! Didnt do dealifts today  as the space was being used for ages + my legs were DOM'd to hell so wouldnt have been able to give 100% anyhow!! Next week ill start them though  ! Overhand Pullups - BW 6reps x 6sets Support DB Rows - 3x8 Hanging Leg Raises - 2x12 Reverse Grip Lat Pulldowns - 3x8 Bicep Curls - 3x6 Gentle CV session tomorrow morning them off to get some ink    ! Might take a few pic's later for reference too....................

Having my tribal turned into a full half sleeve polyanisian with a few add bits!! Yeah 14st should be attainable m8 with some deccent muscle gains!!!

Fook me my legs are in clip today  ! Managed to hobble round for 25minutes fast hobbling CV, which was not pleasant at all! Now looking forward to a few days rest and some more ink work done this morning  !!

Nice day off training yesterday, couldnt have done much either if i wanted too as the dom's were intense  ! Off to the gym later this afternoon for chest & shoulders followed by a few drinks in Newport to celebrate my m8's bday!! Feels a bit weird having no rugby to play, what will i do wit my saturday afternoons now  , lol???

You aint gonna gain much muscle in that time frame so majority of weight gain will be water and fat ie general mass so if you are going for getting as much on your frame as poss then just eat everything you like that you can eat lots of.I find icecream great for getting weight on as it goes in easy at the back of every meal, even in the heat when appetite can sway.Just think calories that aint gonna fill ya and block your normal eating pattern cause your gonna need all the ussual nutrients from your balanced diet...assuming thats all in place.

Right havent been updating my journal of late due to being busy as fook with work etc etc Still training x3 a week, finished my 2nd week of my new routine & all weights are progressing so im pleased. For once in my life im not worrying too much about what i eat, im no loner weighing out grams here and there, just eating big and clean with a few treats thrown in and i feel 100% better for it  ! Gaz - Long time no speak, hows the knee treating you?? Stef - I understand what you mean about total muscle mass gained, but as long as my strength keeps progressing along with some weight gain im not to bothered about gaining alitte fat & water along the way!!

Soz OG been doing splits shifts etc no excuse i know for not posting but at least im still training  , lol! Yeah doing a 3day split training heavy with 5x5 mon, tues & thurs with a bicep crew day on sat  . Sad i know but as i ve got no rugby on a saturday i need to do something ha!! Hows your power training going m8? Getting all spandex'd up in tight shorts & stuff, lol!

Glad your training hard then mate (or should I say bicep boy) only joking mate - its all training at the end of the day. Powerlifting is going ok ta, first comp in 10 wks, so it will become a little more structured as it nears. Getting all spandex'd up in tight shorts & stuff, Leotard is at the ready mate, don't half show the lunchbox off well!    And, no - I don't have pics!   Although I dare say there will be vids done on the day. I'm then doing the All England Championships in September which we are hosting! That should be good with live internet feeds and everything - should be fcukin ace!

Oi Oi long time no speak around here peeps, how the devil!!! Well what a month ive just had  !! Simply i got offered a job i couldnt refuse which didnt start till the end of June, so i decide in the time before i started date id go travelling! For the past 5weeks ive been back packing it around europe living the dream. Visited poland, cech republic, romania, austria, france and germany, lol! Sucking in the local culture, food and alcoholic beverages, basically having the best time of my life!! Now im back to the daily grind in wales and seriously need to get my arse in gear and get back to the gym!!! Hope every1's ok and i plan to start posting in here again on a regular basis. I know its going to be hard graft getting back into training etc but it needs to be done, lol!!
