Been back training a month now after a long lay off,i know i will  have to let my tendons,ect get used to training again,but what do you guys think timewise before i should get on the gear again and get my body back?

    I am assuming you have used gear in the past

    it depends really at the end of the day muscle memory will play a big part in getting you some great gains at the moment.
    that will slow eventually then maybe look to use again, so at a guess 3 month minimum to give tendons time to adjust and get some muscle memory gains, peferable 6 months though as you should still be able to gain without assistance

      Thanks mate used to be a regular user and trained with a universe class 3 winner,so i have a good idea of what i am doing,just been a long time(around ten years)

        Difficult to say, but being a previously highly experienced trainer and user I think you will know yourself mate when the time is right.

          Thanks guys,just been dying to go,but i know i will have to be patient,most things have been coming back to me and i have not felt this motivated for years,i have my first love back in my life and don't know why i gave it up in the first place!
