All depends on your goals tbh mate. You have some nice supps there, albeit itll prove costly to constantly run half of those products, let alone the whole lot month in month out. I keep my supplementation quite simple, i value my training rest and diet above all things. I use a whey concentrate for anytime of day; if i fancy treating myself a blend to take predbed for slow digestion, otherwise just whey in milk with a tsp of evo. I use preworkouts, i run 2 at a time..one for leg days or days where im tired or really want to push myself aka a high stimulant product. I then have a low stim option for other days. I run the usual omega 3s, glucosamine and vitamins for health immune and joint support, or baught cheap and in bulk. When bulking i run creatine and beta alanine stacked, or atleast atm i am, again both bulk baught. When cutting i use plain BCAA intraworkout, maybe this summer ill splash out on a tub of Xtend or Excell :)
