Monday Deadlift 5x5 Speed Rack pull 6x3 (50-75% 1rm) Lat pulldown 4x10 Barbell row 4x10 Barbell curl 4x10 Tuesday Bench press 5x5 Close grip bench 5x5 Incline dumbell 4x10 Dips 4x10 Thursday Squat 5x5 Speed squat (6x3) Sldl 5x5 Leg press 4x10 Friday Push Press 5x5 OHP 5x5 Dumbell OHP 4x10 side lateral 4x10

Todays make do session, busy tomorrow so going to do shoulder/legs but went and sprained my ankle doing push press so skipped squats. Push press 60kg x 5, 80kg x 3 x 3, 100kg x 1, 110kg x f x f x f - triceps failed me, first i've done push press in over 1 year so not bad. Strict press 60kg x 5, 70kg x 3 x 3 x 3 Squats Sprained ankle. SLDL 60kg x 5, 100kg x 5 x 5 x 5 - 110kg next week

Going for 240kg deadlift tomorrow and ordered a inzer fusion deadlift suit, hoping that will put my deadlift upto 250-260kg, aim is to get to 300kg deadlift with a year of deadlifting, if i achieve that then 400kg might be starting to get realistic.

Good session shame i was to bollaxed to do anything else after deadlifts though. Deadlifts 100kg x 8, 140kg x 5, 180kg x 1, 210kg x 1, 230kg x 1, 240kg x 1 - hitched but got it. Reverse grip pulldown 70kg x 8, 90kg x 5 x 5 x 5 barbell curl 40kg x 8 x8 x8

Doing 1rm's this week. Bench press 60kg x 8 x 8, 100kg x 2, 120kg x 1, 130kg x? - noob spotter wouldn't take his hands of the bar so can't claim it, think it would have gone up solo though Standing OHP 60kg x 8, 80kg x 4 + 1 push press - must be good for nearly 100kg with fresh triceps Incline dumbell bench 20kg x 12 x 12 x 12 Pec deck 50kg x8 x8 x8

Crap session felt weak and drained. OHP 60kg x6 x6, 90kg x 1 + 2 push press, 90kg x 3 push press Close grip bench 60kg x 6, 80kg x 5 x 5 x5 Left it at that.

Might as well put my current cycle that i started last week, i plan to stay on a few years, blasting and cruising. 800mg rohm tri-test - 20 weeks 400mg rohm tren - 20 weeks (sides dependant) 300mg rohm deca - 20 weeks 50-70mg danadbol ds dbol (being dropped soon my appetite is to low) 50-100mg anadrol - week 16-20

What do you make of ROHM? Have you used them much before? Got some of their pct caps, which are spoken very highly of, but haven't heard anything about their other gear.
JOURNAL I'm tougher than leather, I'm smoother than suede, Always never broke 'cos I'm usually paid.

Just started using rohm tren and deca so to early to say, but there tri-test does what it says on the tin, can't say i rate there dbol though didn't get any pumps or the usual sides, but like any UGL it will have a bad batch occasionally but rohm is my favourite lab.

Squat 60kg x 8, 100kg x 3 x 3 x 3 SLDL 60kg x8, 100kg x 5, 140kg x 5, 180kg x 6 - fell off the platform with 180kg in my hands (nearly a serious injury), so last set was more romanian deadlift Leg press 220kg x 10 x10 x10

I knew it would be a crap session before i even started, my fault for doing heavy sldl and heavy deadlifts the same week. Deadlift 60kg x8, 100kg x 5, 140kg x 5, 180kg x 3, 210kg x 3, 230x f - wanted 3 reps bad day i guess

Deadlift suit has arrived, got cuts in my legs trying to get down to the floor but did get down eventually. Bench press 60kg x8, 100kg x 3, 110kg x 3 x 3 incline dumbell 30kg x 10 x10 x10 pec deck 60kg x 8 x8 x8
