Road to Rich's PART 2 09 January 2012 10:33 (permalink)
The last SUC gave me a taste for victory so I'm back for more!
It was never my intention to be cutting again so soon, but I really enjoyed my food and booze over Christmas so I need to tidy things up a bit.
This will also be the first time I've done a serious cut without using the Dave Palumbo diet. I may use the keto in the final week only but that's it.
I've adopted a different training style this year concentrating more on strength and bodyweight training but I've also started running again and thinking about taking up kickboxing. Again, like last time there will be no PEDS involved, just a calorific deficit.

Sadly not! I ended up doing a bit of a mini-bulk instead, mainly because I was enjoying my food too much!
Have started cutting again this week with a view to getting ripped in 9 weeks. Long term goal is to enter the next SUC ripped and end it cut up like diamonds!
PART 3 will be where the action is!
