Hi Guys,

Haven't managed to update much recently been really busy. Pleased to say everything is still on track though, won't be shredded but will be nicely toned. Will be uploading my final pics on Friday.

Well that's it! I'm done!
Not quite sure where the last 12 weeks have gone but it's done and dusted, going to post all my stats and photo's below and then head to the kitchen for a box of mince pies! Got a busy weekend planned so today was an ideal day to finish!
Well done to everyone who finished the comp and looking forward to seeing all the results!!!
