Road to ukbff 2012 london juniors

hey guys, i decided to make this journal to keep progress of my comp prep for the ukbff london show, i'll be competing in the juniors category. have competed previously, but took last year off for bulking, but im back in the game now. i'll post regular updates regarding training/diet every few day and pics every cpl o weeks. heres my current startin pics, please feel free to critique/comment comp date: 13 may 2012 diet: i m starting w/abt 3200 kcals and will change as required training: 5x a week cv;10 min per day and 2x30 - 60min sessions, also will change in due time stats: age- 21 weight: 72...approx supplements/gear: test e week 1-6 test prop/winny/mastprop week 7-11 also clen
