Can you believe some douchebag on Youtube wrote this: "You gotta to be insecure to go pumping in the gym everyday too. If you are 5'4" then of course you gonna look bulky compared to a 6 footer. It's easy to get big when you are short." That turd aside, Ronnie however is incredible, I love his spirit, his intesity and his honesty. How many other BB's would do a set and then afterward admit that it was heavier than he thought it was going to be, on film. Not only that but his DvDs show how he lives instead of the hour or two he trains, it shows his regimented lifestyle, his supplementation, what he eats and when he eats it. The only thing you don't see is what he's taking Juice wise (and I'm not talking about sunny delight). The guy sleeps about 4 hours a night and on top of all that he won the Mr O whilst holding down a full time Job as a Policeman. He's a real example of someone with drive and determination and the sport is definately better for having had him in it. Thats my opinion anyhoo.

Nothing contributes so much to tranquilizing the mind as a steady purpose - a point on which the soul may fix its intellectual eye.

This guy is amazing he is one of my idols and inspirations in bodybuilding. Even though im a figure competitor, he makes me realise what I need to achive and reach. I respect all bodybuilders as i understand what they ahve to go through to achive and get to where they are. This guy has achived more than most pro's could ever have dreamed of. YEAH BUDDY!!!!!

Levrone beat him hands down for me in 2002, no dispute here. He weighed similar to Coleman, yet looked far better with a classical shape and small waist with great lines and symmetry, yet had plenty of mass and huge delts/arms/chest combo. He had also a great back and decet legs that year. The crowd booed like mad. Kevin Levrone was the greatest bodybuilder that ever lived. At his prime he had no flaws. Dorian always had crap arms and shoulders that looked poor with his big torso, and Coleman had gut problems all of the time. Cutler is short and blocky. Wheeler was too narrow and small. Levrone is no1 for me. MM

a gem of a quote taken from youtube; 'yeah, his bones do grow. thats why if you look at his pics from previous years his face structure changed. HGH is almost necessary when you are that size cuz ur body is not capable of powering someone that size. he's over 300lbs off-season, and not much fat on him so a regular heart, kidneys and liver would die. they usually dont take it to get bigger, but to have their organs stay alive through the size gain. '
