Hey going to be running dbol, test and deca. Can never decide how much I should train while on cycle. I usually train 3 days a week (Frankies Mass) while not on. Heres what I got planned for when I go on. Looking for big mass, dont care about being cut
Mon: Chest + Biceps
Bench 4 x 4-6
Incline Bench 3 x 6-8
Flys 2 x 8-10
Curls 4 x 4-6
Preacher 2 x 8-10
Tuesday: Legs
Squat 4 x 4-6
Legs Press 3 x 6-8
Leg ext 2 x 8-10
Romanian Deadlifts 4 x 4-6
Leg curls 2 x 8-10
Wed: I go boxing on weds nights for an hour
Thur: Shoulders + Triceps
Shoulder Press 4 x 4-6
Side Raises / Front Raises 3 x 6-8
Side Raises / Front Raises 2 x 8-10
I swap those Side and Front raises weekly for different rep range.
Close grip bench 4 x 4-6
Tricep ext 2 x 8-10
Friday: Back + Calfs
Deadlift 4 x 4-6
Barbell row 3 x 6-8
Lat pulldown 2 x 8-10
Shrugs 4 x 6-8 (Can never decide set/rep range for this!)
Calf Raises 4 x 8-10 (And the set/rep range for this also!)
I do Abs at boxing but would like to mass them out also, so would be good idea throw weighted sit ups on one of those days?
