You might want to check out the name Mike Mahler, he has trained a few UFC fighters if I remember correctly, here is a routine by him http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/mahler25.htm .

Ice, just as a suggestion, is it possible for you to stick a '*' or something similar to the ones that have been most recently added? Its getting quite populated in that first post now (not complaining at all BTW). Just thought it could make things easier for readers who frequently check it out. If you cant be ar*ed i can understand that also

Been on this Push/Pull/Leg routine for a couple of weeks now. Seems to be working well, plan on doing it for 8 weeks.
Most exercises include 1-2 warm up sets before the 3 or 4 working sets 8-6 reps (except deadlifts and calf rasies) increasing weight every week.
I like to alternate my isolation movememts every week and alternate between dumbells and barbells aswell as standing and sitting for my Overhead Press.

Pull
Deadlift 4x6
Weighted Chins 3x8
B/B Row 3x8
Shrugs 3x8
Curls 3x8

Push
Flat Bench Press 3x8
Incline Bench Press 3x8
Dips 3x8
Overhead Press 3x8 (standing or sitting)
Skullcrushers 3x8

Legs
Squats 3x8
SLDL 3x8
Leg Extensions or lunges 3x8
Calf Raise 3x10

Fairly common routine. Compared to other lads in the gym this workout looks relatively small! Hope i'm not undertraining, defo dosn't feel like it!
