Ok, my rugby season went out the window this year, due to injury, and ive spent the last 7 months rehabing a prolapsed disk and fighting a bout of bacterial meningitis and having moved areas and clubs im starting to get back into shape for the pre-season... My stats; Height 6ft 0' Weight as of this morning 205lbs Waist 33 1/4 inches# Bicep 15 Inches Chest 42 Inches The Cycle; Stealth labz SDT; Weeks 1-4 30mg SD 120mg ed & Genetic Edge Cycle Insurance Weeks 5-8 Recon PCT 150mg ed The target is to gain a solid 10lbs drop some body fat, and generally improve shape and fitness for the upcoming preseason training August time. But it has been a while since i have used PH's or AAS. Diet is sorted, and remains what has taken me from the 10stone i was discharged at to the 14 stone 9lbs i weigh in at now....
