RE: S4!NT. a diary to the first comp - 17 April 2008 16:40
I did suggest doms werent be all and end all after contemplation and seeing ya mans on a cut.I know a lot of people dont place importance on domms but each too their own.I dont cut and am leanish all year round and domms are my judge on what i train, how and when i train.
Cant beat a bit of drum n base to get the old motivation rocking.I was bopping around too "front line assembly" in todays session, i doubt if youd heard unless your into underground music.
This is an interesting journal being it seems to be honestly and frankly written.

I am still worried I wont be ready in time. I know its too late to improve on muacle mass so my focus is largly on conditioning. When I see James I will explain my fears and assure him I am willing to suffer instead of getting on stage looking an idiot. I will ask James if we can concentrate on not just good conitioning but excellent conditioning.

RE: S4!NT. a diary to the first comp - 19 April 2008 11:33
just read through most of my journal from the begining. V.interesting read if i say so myself. its amazing to see how much more focusedI have become. hope the physical and mental progress continues

did biceps and triceps yesterday and as always a bit of a crap workout. However there is some soreness in the arms. probaby because an ex-serviceman/colleage insisted that I traine my arms with higher reps (15) before droping the wieght slightly and doing another 10-15. this he forced me to continue doing untill we reached the last two wieghts in the stack and he ajusted the pin and insisted I squeeze out 15 for the last 2.

NUTRITION
[------------------NO CARDIO-------------------
8:00 - 50g of oats in skimmed milk. 200ml of fruit juice and 30g whey.
10:00 - 50g of oats in skimmed milk. 30g whey. 1 small banana
12:30 - 120g chicken in a wholemeal pitta. 1 apple.
3:00 - 120g of chicken in a wholemeal pitta. 1 banana.
----------------------------NO TRAINING---------------------------------
6:00 - 120g of chicken, peas, and 100g sweet potato.
8:30 - 30g whey. 50g oats in 200ml of milk

Wont be doing any training this weekend. somthinh has to give beween marking coursework and helping cookie find another car. I think the two day lay-off will be good for me in the long run.

It's all in the mind One of my old bosses used to say that if you feel stuffed it means you're putting on weight, if satisfied, you're maintaining and if hungry, you're losing. Keep that thought in mind and visualise all the fat coming off

Getting worried about your Misses. How's she doing? (sorry to pester your journal but I know you read it)

Right you are kitty.

Had a fantastic workout today felt strong and the pump felt good..real good. Furthermore, although I get tired earlier in the day, my working day I am full of energy. Hungry, but energetic.

Looking forward to the new pics mate.
Hopefully when you see the progress in black and white you will realise the constant hunger is all worth it and provide more motivation.

O.K. Time for a pic update:

Feb: March: April:

Progress has not been brilliant. I am pleased with the ever-so-slight tightening but more visual changes are needed. So it will be a tough month for me. Diet has stayed the same but fasted morning cardio is now increased to 60min/5days pw. Oh, and I forgot to moisturise before my pic

I agree with STEF, there is a big difference between the first and third...

If they were in better light it would be easier to comment..

How far out are you now mate?

Any changes made by James?
Shut up and squat
