Valium sure as hell aint gonna help, those lamps that gradually wake you in the morning are meant to be very helpful.

lol, my head has always worked better in the small hours if im working on graphics or music stuff lol. Ohh and didn't realise you where using the Valium just to sleep, then that would help, but obviously not going to recommend as a long term solution. Is their anything youre stressed about?..anxiety or anything like that?

No worries buddy, temazepam is the best one for sleeping as its short acting, wake up feeling fresh as a daisy but cant find it for sale anywhere (well unless I buy 500 a go) Val stays in the system too long, mind u its good to be chilled sometimes, think I'm going to take 10mg as I feel like I'm going to be up all night, costs me 49 for 50. Only seem to get this prob in the later winter months so not really needed as a long term solution. Does get bothersome mind.

Truth, i may be wrong so dont quote me mate but i think vit D3 is said to help. Have a read up on that mate. Nigepoo has posted about the benifits before if you can find his posts.

dementia Amitriptyline sorted me out bud, not recommending it but worked for me. I was on that drug for like 5-6 years, started getting really bad sides like when going to sleep would feel like I was falling and waking in a startled fashion, plus it made me feel really tired in the day, thanks for the comment though dementia, appreciated.

I guess I've got nothing to moan about really, get it easy in this part of the world, be a bit tired while cooking breakfast this morning, hardly a hardship really.

How did you come off it? Slowly, quick, how was it when you stopped them?
