Hey guys wondering what kind of gains you got taking SD-pro or SD matrix , weight and compound lifts?

    Everyone is different and a few crucial factors will need to be spot on to maximise gains.
     
    Diet is the most important thing and this needs to be built correctly towards the users goals.
     
    Training also needs to be dialled in towards the users specific goal.
     
    Most reports from what I've seen usually see SD result in gains of anywhere from 5 to 16lbs, but again, each user is different.
     
    I love the smell of steak in the morning...

      cheers, how much would you expect to go up on bench if on a bulking diet? on 100kg now if that helps

        I can't give you an accurate answer, there are far too many factors that come into play to determine how much your bench will go up.
         
        You shoud look to improve all the major lifts, not just the bench.
         
        Squats, Deadlifts, Bench, Dips, Chins and Olympic Press are the staples for me.

          Agree with wolf, the diet is the main point of your cycle, get that spot on and you will get the gains you want. Whats your cycle gonna look like....mg, pct etc?

            the SD may make you stronger whilst on but you'd be better to stick to your current weights and do more reps or an extra set. your muscles may feel stronger but the connective tissue isn't & injury can happen if trying to push it too hard.

              20mg for 3 weeks im planning, if gains are poor then ill bump to 30mg for last week. 
               yeah main things I'm aiming for improving is legs and arms, 
              just a guesstimate would be helpful so i can set some goals for myself. right now about 100kg bench , 100kg squat x 5 rep ( bad i kno) , deadlift 130kg.

                As mentinoed before avoid adding weight to the bar on cycle and do this in PCT. In terms of measuring on cycle strength as a guess you have 100kg squat @5 reps currently - I think it is possible to be hitting 10-15 reps with this.
                 
                Dude how can you bench 100 kilo and only squat 100 kilo?

                  But Bench should be able to increase by 10kg as an arbitrary guess.

                          Ok heres some advice...
                           
                          For the first 5 days, run 10mg SD, then do the other 16 days at 20mg or 30mg.
                          If you want an estimate, the average gain is 10 lbs before PCT. So do what I do, and half this figure, and make that your target for after PCT. This way, if you gain/keep more, its a bonus and thus a successful cycle and outdid your own expectations.
                          Of course, this all depends on your diet, your levels of rest, and the intensity of your training. SD LOVES carbs, so get them quality carbs in there. And keep protein up above 200g daily. Gains will become explosive usually from Day 14, so its important NOT to over do it on that last week - this means NOT training for hours each day, this means NOT increasing the dosage of SD, this means eating clean and healthy, and this means sleeping for atleast 8hrs each night.
                          And the biggest thing I stress, is drink 5 litres of water everyday without fail. And take some Liv52 during PCT.

                            sd-pro is superdrol. sd matrix is M1T. as everyone else has said, make sure u focus on a great all round routine with big lifts, eat a good solid diet, and make sure you increase your calories. and as always research,reasearch and do some more research. if you arent gona make gains, its not the compounds fault, its your own on another part.

                              Sorry been away for a bit but my PCT is clomid  and post cycle support.
                              5 days into cycle now at 20mg , taking n2guard for liver support and taurine before workouts. Feeling pretty good had headaches first couple days but gone away now and libido is really high! Eating ****loads aswell! Lots carbs and protein!! (clean)
