20mg for 3 weeks im planning, if gains are poor then ill bump to 30mg for last week.
yeah main things I'm aiming for improving is legs and arms,
just a guesstimate would be helpful so i can set some goals for myself. right now about 100kg bench , 100kg squat x 5 rep ( bad i kno) , deadlift 130kg.
Ok heres some advice...
For the first 5 days, run 10mg SD, then do the other 16 days at 20mg or 30mg.
If you want an estimate, the average gain is 10 lbs before PCT. So do what I do, and half this figure, and make that your target for after PCT. This way, if you gain/keep more, its a bonus and thus a successful cycle and outdid your own expectations.
Of course, this all depends on your diet, your levels of rest, and the intensity of your training. SD LOVES carbs, so get them quality carbs in there. And keep protein up above 200g daily. Gains will become explosive usually from Day 14, so its important NOT to over do it on that last week - this means NOT training for hours each day, this means NOT increasing the dosage of SD, this means eating clean and healthy, and this means sleeping for atleast 8hrs each night.
And the biggest thing I stress, is drink 5 litres of water everyday without fail. And take some Liv52 during PCT.
