badboy007 Well done to Papa, But I feel comparing someone who is natural against someone who uses AAS is a bit silly tbh, as the natural is playing a totally different game! Not taking anything away from Papa, he did a great job, but maybe to encourage and acknowledge what natural members have achieved, should we not have a natural category? See me sig

End of the day, it was a bit of fun. If you want to be serious about it tho, every one know the rules at the begining of the comp and to moan about them at the end is a little daft! I certainly enjoyed it and it drove me on when perhaps I may have come unstuck otherwise!

I agree it was a bit of fun and the best person won imo - that was always the rules. If you start categorising for one thing i.e. natural or assisted, do you then have to have male/female categories, age, height, weight etc. You would probably end up with only one person in one category!! It would take away the essense of what the shape-up generally is which is some added motivation for 12 weeks. I did it unassisted but even if I was I still would not have won!
