ORIGINAL: beefycol ORIGINAL: Ak_88 An hour a week won't do anything, you need to be doing 40 minutes everyday. i seen some of your posts, you post some good ones, but this is just silly advice. every day? noway. 4 days a week max. you gotta rest, youl be over training, muscles wont grow, ie running you use you legs, after you train your leg on leg day, they be fkd and wont grow because your doing to much. also you most likely feel trained of energy, diet the most important, then ad cardio, 3-4times aweek, 40-60mins, best in morning before food yeah cheers beefy, do you mean posts in my this journal or on other subjects? yeah 40mins cardio everyday is abit mad, like you said rest is important at least 1 day rest with no cardio and weightlifting imo, for max, quicker recovery

ORIGINAL: RACK he was doing 45min 3-4times a week. If the cardio is first thing in the morning and steady you'll be ok. You don't have to go hell for leather with cardio mate, just make sure you're doing a decent amount. I'm doing an hour every morning at the min to much, if you got a good diet its not needed, just over train. looking at your avi you quite lean

I had a class workout today too (legs and shoulders) and my calories are lower than usual, weird or what lol eg. 13 days ago on shoulder d'bell presses i only managed 17kg - 6 reps, today i did 20kg - 5 reps (clean strict reps too), im confused as to why my strength has increased so much, i lifted more in my leg workout too. Im doing chest and triceps on sunday so ill see if there much improvement there

Weighed myself today: Ive lost 2lb possibly more Waist - 33 1/2 inches now (down 1/2 inch in 5 days) As ive lost 2lbs possibly more im thinking i will put my daily calorie up to 2000, for today and sunday, i had initially been aiming for 1800cal daily, any thoughts? Should i be worried or could this be water weight as i used to drink zero water, now i have been drinking around 3 litres for 5 days, after all most weight is likely to be lost in your first week, any thoughts?
