Will you take a look at my above post beefy ive edited it and tell me your thoughts, cheers you want be losing muscle if you got enough protein had a look at your breakie in your next post try aim for 30g, so 3-4 eggs aswell with breakie. weigh your self say every sat morning, you get a better reading than weighing your self every day, plus it more exciting wondering if you lost the 2lbs you want to lose a week lol. yeah you prob have lost some weight if your diet is better, i did straight away when i started my diet, yeah its pos to lose 2lbs in 2days, might not be not all fat, can be a lil bit of water too.

7 pages in ~5days, serious journal. dude i think you should really get your protien in order, then start on getting some good fats in there. if you dont keep the protein high you will loose the muscle you have been built since you started training. take a read of this http://teamtestforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=1456

your body is made up of water, the blokes that goes in comps last few days before, they will hardly drink anything so there skin shrinks and goes tiet. there so weak, some faint. keep drinking lots of water, concertate on your protein, then cals.

Took 2 caps of venom hyperdrive today its the best appetite supressant ive used better than ephedrine, i also feeling very jumpy which means i got energy to burn. This WILL make you lose weight.

ORIGINAL: Ak_88 Why are you on appetite supressants when your diet is hardly even in order? effergin I though i would of needed venom so i bought it on mon, but cutting calories is easier than i thought, i took 1 yesterday and felt no effect a little bit of appetite suppresion, just thought i would try 2 caps today to see the effects, i may take 1 or 2 caps before workout as i think i will have a blast of a workout possibly better than if i use ephedrine pre workout like i usually do. Ephedrine and 2 caps of venom is going to be a deadly pre workout, might just try 2 caps venom pre WO tomorrow or i might add a eph cap too I took the 2 venom caps at about 1.30 today and im really jumpy now, my legs are really jumpy especially.

Get your diet in order, your eating is poor. Save these until you really need them, at the moment you shouldn't be using anything other than a calorie deficit and cardio.

If you had your diet in order you wouldn't need it. I'm on <150g carbs a day and i function fine in the gym. The longer you cut on your current intake the more likely you are to just end up skinny-fat. Your choice though.
