ORIGINAL: Ak_88 If you had your diet in order you wouldn't need it. I'm on <150g carbs a day and i function fine in the gym. The longer you cut on your current intake the more likely you are to just end up skinny-fat. Your choice though. How im losing fat and water weight atm

Water weight is simple enough, reduce your carbs you lose water. But how do you know what you're losing is water and fat, and not water, fat and muscle?

Your approach doesn't seem structured for someone looking to lose fat, very sporadic diet and no cardio.

Yeah so your saying up my calories to 2000 then do cardio, thats not a problem Scenario 1 - Say i stuck to 1800 cals with no cardio Scenario 2 - Upped my calories to 2000 did cardio say i burned 200 calories a day = 1800 calories anyway Will i lose more weight on Scernario 2 than 1 casue i do cardio? if not what benefits?

LOL, does anyone here remember Impreza? *insert helpful advice quote from Marmite here* Impreza: Yeah you're right, but... *insert helpful advice quote from Marmite here* Impreza: Yeah you're right, but... *insert helpful advice quote from Marmite here* Impreza: Yeah you're right, but... *insert helpful advice quote from Marmite here* Impreza: Yeah you're right, but... etc. How this journal has reached 8 pages is astounding, Iceman you are wasting your time with this 'cut' You have no mass to reveal underneath. Dropping your cals by so much and adding all this cardio is going to be counterproductive, as your diet is shyte, frankly. IMO, you will lose anything that you do actually have underneath your bf. Take the advice we gave you on the first/second pages and sort your diet & training out. Stop fannying about with cutting!

I just cant change what i eat within a few days, i do it gradually over a period of a week or so, as i have to buy new stuff from shops to replace crap i eat. I really dont feel ive wasted my week cutting tbh, my measurements of muscle biceps, etc are still the same, and im very happy that ive lost half an inch to my waste although it some of it is water.
