thats annoying! i emailed karen about tanning a few weeks ago, and she said she would keep my email and let me know when it was arranged so i could book. its now being advertised, but no email to let me know.
im sure shes busy, but a quick line to say were ready to take bookings wouldnt have gone amiss!
