Well with regards to whether I will do the Brits next year, a decision will be made by myself sometime next week after I have had a troublesome injury looked at by a speacialist. Only then can I be sure whether I will compete at the Arnolds to get my procard or wait till October to try and win the overall.

hope the diagnosis at the specialist is a good one mate, and that it doesnt keep you out or affect your training for too long.
