can i ask when and at what time are you guys training??

i may do some do bodyweight stuff and kickboxing drills from 40 mins before breaking of the fast and then break with whey and waxy maize starch...

my main concern is to stay lean and not get that skinny fat look i normally get during this month...

as long as ur gym shuts @ 10 pm u can always go for a short 30 minute workout a short while after breaking ur fast twice a wike for example to keep some sort of momuntum going however weight lifting as we all know revs up ur metabolism and u ll notice the next morning!
so for me im just taking a break this month and would rather enjoy the treats and family atmosphere after iftar than dashing to gym afterwards!! noticed my body always response better to training after a couple of week break anyway. at sahoor/sehri (the meal before sunrise) along with watever meal u normally have drink a serving of a bedtime anticatabolic shake i swear by boditronics midnight express or just a protein blend with 3g of HMB in it.
muscle memory is amazon watever muscle tone or couple of pounds u ll lose it ll be gained in no time after eid.
                hope this helps
